Utopia Spa and Lounge

So while it was difficult to find at first, head in and turn to the right and it's directly straight ahead, this was a fantastic experience. I got the deep tissue massage and Stephanie definitely had me relaxed after. Highly recommend. Definitely will be back.

I don't like to bad mouth any businesses, but in this instance I have to publicly put it out there. Stephanie is in fact an awesome masseuse, however, both times I went in for a 90 minute massage, she lied stating that she had another client the first massage I received 60 minutes and not a 90 minutes and in the second I also didn't receive a full 90 minutes. I was short of 15 minutes, she stated she was expecting another client and in both occasions, I saw her shortly leave to her car and take off. I would appreciate the honesty and say "hey I'm hungry or I have to run" and only do something of that nature to a customer ONCE, not twice. It's a complete turn off to return.

David was phenomenal. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He really helped me to understand the services I will be provided and how they have helped others and what potentially could be my journey. I'm truly excited for the experience and even moreso, the results. Thanks David.

This spa is located in an office building but the spa suite is very clean & the decor is super cute . Stephanie was AMAZING! She left absolutely nothing to be desired. From beginning to end, I throughly enjoyed my 90 minute deep tissue massage. Stephanie’s hands are blessed by God himself. I felt so light and happy after my massage lol today I’m sore but that means she did what she needed to do ! I’ve already recommended Utopia to family & friends. Don’t believe the negative reviews. This place is not a scam and Stephanie, the owner, is very reliable and responsive. I’ll definitely be back regularly

Please get a sign of some sort. It’s a building with a bunch of offices/spaces but I’m not about to walk around knocking on doors to figure out what is what. I’m only giving 3 stars so I don’t damage the rating too much but this is honestly strange and inconvenient.

Stephanie Is phenomenal! She made the perfect blend of essential oils that can only be described as peace. She’s informative, friendly and is able to set a relaxing calming environment for a message. Definitely will return!

Very pleasant staff with amazing energy from the masseuse. However I was unable to enjoy the massage. Strokes were too rapid and aggressive and not targeted as an experienced masseuse would know how to address problematic areas. I wouldn't totally dismiss this business maybe another employee can provide better service. But for now I wouldn't recommend.

Stephanie was great! Hands were like magic she released all the tension from my body. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Very nice. Beautiful space. My masseuse, Tiffany, was excellent. I caught myself about to snore. Thank you, Tiffany. My only problem was I did not know which bell belonged to the venue. If you enter on Main Street, it is a bit confusing. I thought the place was vacant due to the announcement at the front door. I would suggest that they identify their bell.
