Bubblewerks Car Wash

I took my car yesterday for an exterior wax. When I made the appointment, I was told that it would take about 3 hours to do it. If there were several people that could work on the car at the same time, it would take about 90 minutes. The car would be washed, receive a clay bar treatment and hand wax. Previously I have dropped off my car and 3 hours later, I would get a get a call to pick it up. This time I waited for it. My car went through the tunnel for its wash and then to the bay for the detailing. I was in the waiting area and I could watch my car being detailed. I saw one person wiping a liquid from a generic squeeze bottle on the car and wiping it off and in 60 minutes it was done. I asked the person I paid if the car received a clay bar treatment as I did not see one applied. He went and asked the person and they said it only needed it in a couple of places and that is what was done. I was disappointed, but paid and left. I have two complaints. When I got home, I noticed the windshield wiper looked off and when I got closer I saw my key fob was laid on top of my wiper. How it did not slide off the windshield on my drive home, I do not know, but am thankful it did not. I left the fob in my cup holder and the attendant must have dropped it on top of the windshield when they finished. The car was left running while I paid. My second complaint is that feeling the car, it is somewhat smooth because of the wax, but overall the surface feels gritty. It is as if there was dirt on the surface that was waxed right in. For the price, I was expecting more. I am updating my review to 5 stars because the owner contacted me and wanted to "make it right". I took my car in again and was given another detail. The gentleman who did the detail this time did an excellent job. I will be going back and appreciate the willingness of the owner to redo the detail and make it right.Service: Auto detailing

I love this place! Not only do they do an amazing job on vehicles, everyone is so, so nice, like we’re friends that go way back. I didn’t go before Catherine and Garth took over and, based on reviews, I’m glad I didn’t! but this team is great, and my car has looked perfect every time after the team. What I love most though is that even with a simple exterior wash where you drive through the really cool tunnel, you have the option to get your car hand dried! That makes all the difference in the world! They offer a 48 hour rain rewash which is also great. This isn’t the closest car wash to my home but it’s still the only one I go to now. Highly recommend. I love these guys...Nothing like a mid-day play date with bubbles...Great way to start the weekend with a clean car.. See you guys next week as the kids will no doubt wreck it.

I've been back several times, they don't even do a full vacuum or wipe down of interior. I like to do business with locals but this place isn't worth the trouble.

I loved this business before and now I love it more! I never write reviews but had to brag on this place! All the upgrades are great. Prices have gone up a little but staff definitely gives you more. I didn’t get the name of the guys who worked on my car but they were great and so friendly. I had a hard time lining my car up for the wash but they were so patient and helped me steer it in. They were super detailed on the inside and were even working in the rain. Gave me great recommendations for my next service without feeling like I was being pressured to buy “more.” Definitely check them out!

These guys are great! Super friendly, very attentive. It’s great to have someone clean and treat my car like it was their own. I’ve been through several times, for everything from a basic exterior wash to a full detailing, and it’s been a great experience every time.
