UPDATED October 23, 2022: Of I could give more stars for this review, I would!  I had tree sap on my vehicle that I didn't think would ever come off. The guy cleaning my vehicle got it all off, amazingly!  ----------------------------  UPDATED June 4, 2022: Excellent experience again today. The staff is super friendly and helpful.  ----------------------------  This was my first time at Autobell and I wasn't sure what to expect.  As you pull into the parking lot, there are signs that instruct you how to proceed. Before pulling into the car wash, there is a pull-off area to straighten up the interior, retract your antenna and mirrors, secure any valuables, and anything else you need to do.  At the washing bay, an employee will come over and prepare your vehicle to enter the washing area.  At this point, you exit the vehicle and pay for the services you want.  When I told them this was my first time, they clearly explained the options and sales they were having. I didn't feel they tried to up-sell any services.  They have several services ranging from a basic wash all the way up to full washing, under carriage washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, armor-all, etc.  After your vehicle exits the washing bay, an employee will drive it around to an area where they finish hand drying the vehicle, washing the windows, vacuum the interior, and do any other services you purchased.  The day I went out was extremely hot outside 95° in October!. The employees were always hustling, pretty much running from station to station. This doesn't mean they rushed through cleaning the vehicle, just very efficient.  When I got my vehicle back, I was very pleased with how clean it was. Exceeded my expectations.  I spoke to Josh, who I guess is the manager. I told him how pleased I was and how impressed I was with the employees' attention to detail. He said if I noticed something wasn't up to my expectation to bring the vehicle back.  Easily  stars!  I will definitely be back to have my car cleaned. May even purchase a monthly package.

I cannot say enough good things about this car wash. It is hard to find a full service car wash and I have been here 5/6 times and never been disappointed. My children love the option to stay in the care through the wash and I love that I don’t have to vacuum it. My car is horribly dirty from all things toddler, spilled ice cream, smoothie, cheerios, dirt and sand and they do a phenomenal job every-time. The manager Abdullah guided me on the right wash to choose and was working hard along with his workers. I drive 15 minutes from wake Forest and am consistently impressed.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Assistant manager Josh S and Ryan K, Assistant manager did an amazing job cleaning my car!! I needed them to really get a bunch of coffee stains removed and they just made my car look flawless!! I would recommend this location if you want to go get your car washed! This is the place to go!!

Was in town visiting, my family member recommended this place. When I received my car back, the interior was not vacuumed  well. The cup holders were untouched, as well as the interior doors. I asked for it to be cleaned, and the employee quickly did so as he had to pull my car back into the vacuum area. There was also still dust on the dashboard, the employee suggested it and whipped it when asked. I was very displeased. I pulled around to the curb and wiped my interior with auto wipes from the store and the interior looked much better with a don't. Not sure what's inside of the spray bottle used by Autobell but it did not leave a clean appearance. There was no scent in the car either. My family member who recommended this place was with me, and very embarrassed by the service and quality I received. I do not recommend service,  to still have to clean my car after service.

I paid for the top wash at Autobell on Capital Blvd on Friday. There was no line, and there was only one other car in the parking lot being dried at the time. I was insured when I purchased the top wash, that the interior would be wiped down including the floor mats, and the windows. RainX was supposed to be applied to my windshield. To my surprise only a couple passed, and the towel was already raised signaling that the auto bell staff was done with my car. I took a look, and it was nowhere near clean. I pointed out spots that need to be white, until the situation became uncomfortable. I left. I called customer service, and asked for a refund. At that point I was told that no refund would be granted, but I could go back for a free wash, to make it right. I went back to Autobell the same day, and was met with a manager who could care less. He advised that with their top wash, he advises his staff to take only FIVE minutes per car to dry off the exterior, clean the tires, and vacuum and wipe the interior of the vehicle. I have never seen anyone clean a vehicle that fast. He offered to allow me to drive back through the tunnel wash, to try and get my truck clean. Nothing else was offered. Crews get you in and out pretty quickly, but do not expect them to touch every inch.  Overall, they do a great job for the value and saves me many hours of hand washing.

I’ve been going here to get my car cleaned for years. It has really gone down in quality lately. I don’t know if they’ve gotten a new manager recently but they barley even clean the car. Very rushed barley wipe water off after car goes through the car wash. Barley wipe interior down.I’m not even being picky. Just slackServices:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I've always had great service at this location. They all work very hard to make sure our cars are clean. Especially grateful for them taking care of my wife's van as she, and the kids, can make quite a mess in there. It usually takes them a little extra time to vacuum all the crumbs, leaves, dirt, crayons, dog hair, etc. and they are always apologetic for taking so long and not getting it perfect. When I take my wife's van there I tip more than usual because they have certainly earned it.

My truck was still dirty and attendants are rude

There are no clear directions as to where to go to get inside the wash.  Also after you come out and you have bought a full service option.  Windows were streaky inside and out,  the vacuuming was spotty, the as ttendants were curious. Pricing is too high for the work that was done.
