Employees very helpful. Store has great stock, but isles are narrow in places which makes it hard for a person to navigate with a handicap cart that they supply. Great place to shop.
I moved to the area several months ago. I have been in the Jackson store several times. They have almost everything/ pricing is right and people are exceptional. I bought mulch and topsoil today and Alec gladly loaded it into my truck. You can actually get help here!!
I was able to get help easily and there stock was adequate. The store is always clean and the staff is great.
The staff there has always been super. Lots of neat stuff if u cook outdoors or make sausages etc. I just like walk around in there. Smells like a farm store. Good.
Cashier had a "don't care" attitude and did not give us our receipt. Customer service had to print our receipt for us. No one came to ask us if we needed help finding anything when we were looking for a specific item.
The used to give a 10% discount to military and veterans. I dont know why they stoped. Used to be my favorite store. Buy most of our things from lowes now.
