Library has good size children section. There quite study and group meeting room. Very well organized.
Staff are amazing , facilities seem very clean, parking ample. The only issue is the individuals who break the rules or are just extremely creepy. They seem harmless but seems like every time I am there there is something odd putting happening.
The staff was very helpful and there was a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the building.
Librarians are super friendly and accommodating, especially with young kids
Drag queen book for "kids" in young children area!!! What is wrong with this place ?! And manager can not do anything about it her words.
Really enjoy coming here. Also like being able to go online to see what books are in, out, or in other libraries. They have a very good selection. The staff is great. They're is ample parking. The only problem I have is with the military history books. Apparently, there's someone out there who knows more than the authors, proofreaders, editors and anyone else who goes through a book before it's published, and likes to make notes, "corrections?" underline, and add their own insight. They're NOT you're books. You might think you're smarter than everyone, but all you do is ruin everyone else's reading enjoyment. I've brought it to the attention of the staff.
I have often gone here with my children pre-covid times . This library is clean and well stocked with any book you can imagine. At times I have needed to use the computer and print because I had issues with my printer at home and the staff was so kind and wonderful they would always make their way over to say hello and to entertain my 1 year old . My son loves the play area and the atmosphere. Hopefully these things are still in place play area it made the library fun for them -once the pandemic is over. It is a shame how much magic covid has stripped away from our children.
This library was recently renovated and has all sorts of things to rent. You can get video games, dvds, Boardgames and alot more. They have self checkout machines to make it easy for you with no wait. They also sell used books for a low price. It is a quiet place to read books and its heated. You can use computers to go on line for free.
Stopped in to renew my card, quick and easy process. Loads of good choices in the New Arrivals section.
Thank you for receiving my disabled daughter into your story program. Her caregiver said she "giggled" her first visit. To me that is monumental since laughing out loud is not what it used to be. I love when she is out among people sharing her message of education and compassion. God Bless!!!
