Stopped into Buddies Natural Pet Food for Raw Diet. Amazing selection and prices are great. They also had the squeaky chucking balls our little hole Digger loves! Video walkthru included in my pics.
Been waiting for 2 months for my food order but they didn't bother to order it yet and then yells at me because I am disappointed since it is what my cat eats and now my 16 yr old cat is loosing weight again. I was told I would have to buy $600 at a time and so I said ok and they still won't order in the food for me. They don't care about my cat. What a disappointment.
Very nice local pet supplies shop. Friendly and decent prices.
They have loads of great raw pet food in heaps of flavours, but that's about all they have. There are a few other items, but probably not a reason to go out there. If you want their raw food, it is amazing!
Best place to buy raw pet food in Victoria. Good selection and lowest priced pre packaged raw food in frozen 1/2 or 1 lbs blocks. Buddies brand raw food is just the best value/composition bar none. The store also supplies dry food and toys but I go for the raw food. Plus they offer a rewards program so you can save even more with each purchase. Staff is always polite and personable too. Real small town hospitality in the GVR. Recommended to all who care about their pets and have caught on to the raw food revolution.
Helpful, knowledgable friendly staff. When I was at a loss as to help my dog, who was having health and weight issues, I was recommended to come to buddies. Switching to raw food from a lifetime of raising animals on kibble seems very overwhelming. The staff knows this and helps guide you every single step of the way. Sue went as far as to look up my dogs health condition and have information printed out the next visit, knowing what foods to go for and what to stay away from. With their help my dogs health issues have gone away and she's down to a perfect weight. I can't thank them enough for all their help on this life changing journey into pet nutrition. They also have a huge selection of blends and foods to choose from. Bat a price even I can afford. Your pet friends and fur children will thank you for stopping by buddies.
Pembroke Welsh Corgi, just 1 year old at the time These folks are nothing short of amazing. We were getting our food from the vet, thinking it was the best, and our trainer pointed out that the Vet doesn't stock it because of quality, but because of sponsorship. She suggested Buddies, and we gave it a shot. Our pup's eye gunk stopped within a few days, his coat is just perfect and healthy, and he has a lot of energy, doesn't eat too much he stops when he's done, never been a glutton, and he's lean and fit. All the other Corgos I've met have been little chonkers. Ours is big, fit, lean, and very energetic and happy. Gotta give Kudos to Buddies and their food because the changes were very noticeable.
I got two puppies through some friends. They were raw food fed from the start, so learned about it and I kept doing it. Buddies staff are the best for when you are starting out and all the way through. My dogs are a year old now and have never had fleas! I never have to treat them for fleas. I have always had pets and have always had to de flea them. Now I know why. Raw food is what they need to be happy and healthy. I constantly get remarks on how beautiful and healthy they look. Thanks!
Sue's knowledge and experience has helped me learn how to feed my dogs for optimum health. Both dogs have been helped with digestive issues, allergies, and behaviour issues. My dogs and I are very happy with the product and service.
If you want quality raw dog food you would be hard pressed to beat Buddies. You can get a bit of sticker shock from their prices, but the quality is never in doubt and visiting the store on Keating Crossing is always a positive experience.
