Provided me a rental with TWO bald tires resulting to a flat. Agent in the counter told me the car just got inspected and should be fine according to the service intervals.
We flew in pretty late & had the car rented before the 1st bag came onto the baggage claim carousel. It was a sad trip so glad this was simple & quick. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Friendly people. Pick up and drop off were very easy.
I reserve and pay for a rental on-line. On the day of pickup, I go to the airport to get the vehicle. I'm told since paid with a debit card, that the reservation requires special attention and I can't rent a vehicle. The rep can't refund my payment but gives me a number to call. I call the number and it's for Avis who can't help. I wasted so much time with Budget.
I was ten minutes late with the rental and Budget is trying to charge me $306 dollars. Beware.
Had a reservation for 10 got here at 10 was told the Expedition was not ready. Then the lady tells me my Bank Card that they had already charged about $1300 wouldn't work. I had to have a credit card. $1300 and the car is at least 20 minutes out. I paid for the car a week back. The lady at the desk was just doing her job it's not her fault it's the company policies. Been nice if they mentioned my BANK CARD would need another credit card to rent the care they already took my money for. Because I was mad she did threaten to call security. LMAO fortunately she either didn't or he didn't say anything to me. I guess she didn't like me asking me for my money to be refunded. Fortunately I did video the entire thing. Don't rent from Budget! If you do you better have a credit card..lol Then your car won't be ready on time! Then she wrote down a number to call to get a refund that is not a working number. I am going to follow up and see what I can do for my time and inconvenience.
Use anyone else. I reserved a car for 5 days, and ended up only needing it for two. They charged me almost full 5 day price of $301.94. Full 5 day price was $385, but i'm sure they would have raised it for any reason they so chose.
Love Budget! Their prices are always the best and their customer service is unbeatable. The car was rented under my husband's name, but he was not available to pick the car up and the girls at the counter made it a painless transition to get the rental into my name. Love these people!
Dissapointed with the Invoice. received the original at the counter, then email me another overcharging taxable product/services and the Rental Sales Tax.
Absolutely the WORST experience ever!! This was my very first time renting a car. I made a reservation a month in advance. I called again 2wks prior to the reservation to confirm and to make sure of what exactly I need to bring. I called the day before prior to reservation date to make sure again what I needed to bring. And not once did anyone tell me about a $200 down payment on the car. Nor, did they mention they don't take cash. Since I had cash not my card on me I had to drive to my bank to get a new temporary card. Came back gave them my card information. And as I was getting my car, they told me I had to get to get to the other location by a certain time or they was going to charge me for a extra day. The car I reserved was extremely dirty on the inside, had scratches on it, and hair everywhere on the seats. I have pictures of it all! I get to the other location at the time they told me to be there by, so I don't get charge for a 2nd day. As I get there, I check the car in. Started to talk to the lady inside about everything and I told her the other location told me if I didn't have it there by this time I was going to be charge another day. She told me I had 24 hours to returned it from the moment they sign me in. What makes me furious about this experience is, it could of all been avoided if they learn how to communicate with the customer. They act like customer should of know these things. Don't rent from them, No body has any knowledge in this company. They are in it for a paycheck. Everyone of them from the people checking you in, to the CEO.
