Had a great experience at this location, Michael is very helpful and patient and checkout was a breeze. The location itself is really clean. Definitely suggest using this location to get your rental vehicle!
I would like to thank the staff of this location for one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I showed up early for my rental time, which was prepaid and verified. They then ran my license on a "365ID" machine. It was unable to verify my license, despite current ID and a clean record, so they cancelled my reservation. The attendant and manager had no feedback on why this would be, as the machine was provided by Avis. They said it was "clearly something with your record at the DMV", gave me a customer service number to call, and absolved themselves of any responsibility. To top it off, while I was on the phone with customer service, they asked me to leave the premises because they were closing, despite it being a full hour before their published time to close. I regret ever trying to give Budget a second chance at my business. I will actively advise against ever using their services.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, however beware of the hidden costs. They disable the satnav and dab radio that comes as standard in the cars to try to charge you extra which I found very sneaky and underhanded and a blatant cash grab. The car itself was nice but very bad on fuel 27mpg it would have been nice to have known this when booking Also if you want the car for say an extra hour they will charge you for a full day plus the damage waiver so beware
We had a quick and problem-free experience with this Budget location. The guys working there were friendly and efficient and the price was fair. To avoid the insane tax added onto rentals from the airport, we just Uber’d 10-15 minutes to this location and saved a ton of money. The car was nice and clean as got great gas mileage. Would definitely rent from this location if we return to Phoenix.

I exchanged my original car at the Doubletree Scottsdale location because it was so dirty it couldn't be cleaned with a standard wash. The agent, Marco, couldn't have been more helpful and concerned with my satisfaction. Great job and thank you, Marco!
We rented a red Mustang. Car was clean, low mileage. Staff was friendly, professional, quick and accurate. Very helpful. Smiles, greeted you when you came in. That will bring us back to this specific Budget rental in Tempe.
Rental staff were helpful and informative. Pick up process was quick and easy. Our flight landed early, so the staff worked it out and we were able to pick our car up over an hour early at no extra cost. Car was clean and comfortable and worked great for our long road trip. Drop off process was super easy and quick. Shuttle ride to airport was good.
I have been coming here for years. This is the only car rental place i will rent from. I know that I can be in and out within minutes regardless if I'm picking up a car or dropping one off. Mike, Chad, and everyone else at this location are always going out of there way and very accommodating. Thank you guys for making the quick and easy! I recommend this location to everyone.
The greatest car rental company ever. We reserved a Toyota Camry and when we got there it was not available but they gave us a Tacoma 4 x 4 at no additional charge a hell of an upgrade. The truck only had 4600 miles on it
