The staff at the Gibson location in Henderson, NV is GREAT. However corporate NEEDS to do better. I reserved a car two weeks in advance, and PAID for two weeks in advance, and even after I kept getting notifications from Budget texts and emails about not to forget to pick up the car, I get there at the time of my reservation and ... you guessed it, they didn't have the car. The staff was VERY helpful and scrambled to get me a similar car, but I had to wait TWO HOURS for the car to arrive to the location. NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent service. Sienna in good condition and was good on gas.Very good service. Check in is very easy. Car was in good condition, very clean and no problems.Manager Jay was very friendly and helpful to all his customers and the staff as well. Their making sure everything is great and leave with a smile after they get their cars. Very recommendable place to go. Choose Budget in Henson and you won't  regret on the service  they provide. Thank you again Manager Jay!

Our camper van broke down on us so we had to get a rental to get around while vacationing here in Vegas when I booked the car it says $29/day but when I picked up the car I paid $115 for 2 days. Then the car that was given to us has a damaged trunk lock. We had to put our valuables in the trunk and didn’t realized that the trunk wasn’t locking the 2nd day we had the rental.  Our camper van wasn’t ready so we had to extend our rental, so We returned and exchanged the rental and told them the issue with the car. They are no means sympathetic about what we had to go through and gave us $20.  $20 for inconvenience and charge us more to extended the car. We always rent from Enterprise and the first time renting through BUDGET! At Enterprise we would had the extended free and give is percentage off on our next rental. Good customer service is what makes a business successful.  It makes me wonder why this people is still in business. Will not recommend or come back at this place.

Excellent service from Tania & Olivia. They take good care of us. Their supervisor Jay was very helpful and informative. We even noticed him helping out the staff as if he was a regular worker. The rental was brand new. Thank you for giving us a rental even though you were short on vehicles. We will certianly return the next time we need a rental. Thank you so much

We have rented from this location twice in the past two weeks, and we have had a good experience here so far.  Last weekend, I rented an economy car for my spouse to take his parents on a weekend road trip to Los Angeles. We wanted a fuel-efficient vehicle to offset California’s high gas prices and thought this was a better option over my full-size pickup truck.  Check-in was quick and easy, and they gave us a Hyundai Accent. Overall, the car was great on gas, and it got them safely to L.A. and back to Vegas with no issues. The only downside they had was my mother-in law said the smell of Mary-Jane started to become very, very strong 1/2 way to L.A. once the air freshener wore off. I noticed when we picked up the car that the smell of air freshener was very powerful. We brought this to Budget’s attention when we returned the vehicle, and they were very empathetic about it and apologized. They explained that they try very hard to educate people about not smoking in the vehicles, a they do impose a fine on those that do violate the “no smoking” policy, but this is Vegas after all, and no matter how hard they try, people here are still smoking Mary Jane in the cars and it’s extremely hard to get the smell out. We totally understood their dilemma and appreciated the explanation and apology.  Our second rental was this past weekend. We opted for a full-size rental this time and received a Toyota Camry. I’m telling you one thing… this Camry was absolutely amazing on gas! It literally got us to St. George, UT, Page, AZ, the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and back to Vegas on less than 1 1/4 tank of gas. The  Camry was also clean, stylish and smelled very clean.  Overall, their rental prices are very competitive, and the staff is friendly, welcoming and generally care about their customer’s experience. I definitely plan on renting from them again in the future.  Highly Recommended!

Considering the previous experiences I have had with them. It looks like they have done a complete clean employment sweep. The associates are nice. They greet you coming & going. Excellent job, Budget . A little kindness goes a long way

Service was friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my vehicle and they swapped it out without problems. Will not hesitate to rent a vehicle from this location.

I have been renting cars for business and pleasure for over 50 years and in all that time I have never had a car with it’s interior in such a dirty and “smelly” condition, it was disgusting. It smelt like a cross between a well used ash tray and cheap odor remover. Dirt and dust covered every surface, however, the outside had been washed, strange! The driver side windscreen wiper blade was almost separated from the holder the passenger side wiper was not much better. In giving the experience one star I am being generous.

I've rented there many times and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The vehicles were always clean and in good condition. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Jay. Jay is a wonderful manager who went over and beyond to accommodate us. Rent from this location and you won't be disappointed.

Love this place. It's a really convenient location and everyone there was very nice and helpful. Dupree was a pleasure and he really made our rental experience great. We had initially booked a premium sedan but ended up upgrading to a minivan for more room. He made the whole process smooth and the whole family was thankful.
