National Car Rental

Fantastic experience with Team National … 10/10. We took a free shuttle from the Las Vegas airport to this terminal that houses multiple Car Rental agencies. The place has got toilets and ample of seating arrangements for families and kids to settle when the driver yourself is busy picking the keys . Take the elevator and you see the cars parked at the rear. The spouse is automatically added so no need to mention the spouse… once we went upstairs we were greeted by some officers and were handed over this magnificent beast which was in the Nick … mint condition.. .. our trip to Grand Canyon and returning the car was a very pleasant experience

I had booked a car with Priceline for Dollar rental car. I waited two hours in line and then when finally getting to the counter was told it would at least an additional hour waiting outside for a car, on Mother’s Day with a child!!! I got out of line and went straight to National! No reservation. Austin helped and had me in a car at great price within 5 minutes! I will only book with National going forward. Some of these rental car companies are a scam and joke. It’s not worth saving $100 verses giving away 3-4 hours of standing in line while on holiday! If you are on the fence you can not go wrong with National! We had a super nice suv for an entire week for under $500.00. Dollar was 380.00 but if you can’t even get it then what’s the point!

Always a great experience when I rent a car with National here. I was looking for a particular car but they didn't have it in the Emerald Aisle. Sierra noticed that I was looking for something and was quick to offer help. She worked her magic and made sure I was happy with the car I picked up. Thanks Sierra! Devon is also fantastic, I was pretty tired when I returned the car but his positive, energetic demeanor was contagious. Awesome team you have here!

Sierra was super nice and helpful! We are here as a group so wanted a good size SUV to get us around. We picked out a car and Sierra went to go get the keys, but they weren’t assigned to the proper parking spots and she couldn’t find the keys for the SUV we wanted, so she gave us a free upgrade to a Mercedes minivan, which has more features than we could ever imagine! The rental car center was the very first place we went after leaving the airport, so Sierra really made our day and started our trip off on a high note! The ease of pick up and fantastic customer service has definitely made us customers for life!

I had an excellent experience with the team at National Car Rental, with my recent rental from Alamo in Las Vegas. Following an unavailability of cars from Thrifty, I made a last minute booking with the team at Alamo and was accommodated on the spot. Both lot attendants, Dee and Rocky were very kind and assisted me with my pick-up and return, making it a very smooth and stress-free experience. I really appreciated the great customer service and ease with this rental experience. I highly recommend renting from National!

After flights being canceled and running around wasting money on Lyft to be told by three other car rentals they don’t have a car. We went to the airport to be told by dollar they was not honoring any rentals done that day. I felt so defeated at this point. I went over to National and spoke with Ben, he told me they had a car for me. He saved my life, my anxiety was so high, but he made sure to let us know we would be taken care of. I had my rental in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Ben for the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Also a shot out to Lisa not sure if she is with National but she is the one at the gate that inspects the car and lets us out the gate. She was very helpful letting us know where we needed to be going. Thanks again

Easy booking process, prices were competitive compared to other rental companies and picking up the car from the Emerald Club is very simple and fast. No need to wait for counter service! Just pick the car and scan the barcode on the car’s dashboard using the mobile app. This location has 2 attendances helping customers with any questions while choosing a car.

Anna was amazing. She was enthusiastic, kind and warm. She gave my gf and I wonderful recommendations for the area. Car rental went without a hitch and she clearly explained all the options. She’s Definitely an asset to the company and deserves a raise!

When my flight home got cancelled bc of the hurricane i was in a panic! I went to look for rental cars and every other place was not doing one way cars. Except national! I was pleasantly greeted by Benjamin and through all the chaos he still had a smile on his face and went above and beyond. The whole crew made me feel better about the situation. Thank you Ben, Dave and i believe Chris he was the one in the actual car lot!
