Submitting the request for a rental was easy enough online same day. Went to pick up the rental but was told that I didn't have a reservation. I asked that they check again and then they found it. Got into the car pretty quickly. Car was in good shape, but was about the ugliest color ever for a car. Some may like it, but the kids hated it. Whatever. :. Called it Colonel Mustard. Car did have an odor though, reminiscent of a vape/old smoke smell. Car drove well had some nice features. No a/c in back though. Returning the car. Did the return pretty quickly, but I was informed of a cleaning charge for excess dirty on the floors. Pictures attached. Was dirt on them when I got it, but whatever. I shook the carpets off and he accepted that. I'm certain he's only doing what he was trained, so I can't be mad at that. He was a nice guy for sure. I would actually recommend oddly enough, because it was a quick turnaround for the rental, the guy was nice, the price was good and other than a couple complaints, it was fine. If you want high end, this is not your place... One last note though, there wasn't a high pressure sale for insurance, which I declined AND when I brought it back, he didn't try to make out that there was damage that wasn't there before. Honest guy. Same one that gave me the car and I returned it to. Ah, and the place is in a strip center, and the inside is pretty dated.
The only reason 1 star was given is because I couldn’t hit anything lower. This customer service was first thee sign that I should of went some place else. The guy answering the phones answer like he was answering his home phone. Then over the phone he could have told me that I would need documents prior to arriving to the location. The car was noisy. Seem like the tires are on backwards. The inside location stinks. I will never be back. Enterprise will sometimes say don’t worry about the gas. It was sencond line to half and they wanted to charge me $30 per gallon. I snatched the keys and hurried to fill. Was too busy rushing to bring back before I was charged $40 for 1 hour. Yeah seems as if the customer service is not overriding with their money! Wow!
don’t which location but you have a driver that nearly hit 2 cars, tailgating every car in front of him, and was going almost 80 on a 55 with the license plate of 3GB667. whatever you guys are selling or offering if this is how you allow your drivers to behave i wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. he tried to give me a dirty glare after he realized we took a picture of the license plate most likely. do better and teach your employee how to properly drive a company vehicle.
DIN RENT HERE! They steal money from you. Never gave me my deposit back and act like I’m the problem. I’ve called this location, customer service, and it’s been 10 days. There we zero issues upon returning the car. Proof showing it was never returned to my account in picture.
Reserved a car. Got a phone call at the same time the car was to be picked 8am up stating no cars available until 11am. At 10am received another call stating car could not be picked up until 2pm. I spoke with manager who did not care or even act like he cared that this put a bind on a business that uses them regularly, stating the whole area is out of cars... which is why one was reserved. Zero amount of help or friendliness at all.
I reserved a vehicle months in advance for this location. At 430 pm the evening before my scheduled 8am pickup, I was left a voice mail that my car would not be available at 8. After calling back 10 times an extremely rude man finally answered. He stated the car would not be there. He didn't provide a delayed time, did not offer an alternative. I advised this is not acceptable to let me know the last minute before my trip in the morning. He said verbatim "I'm not a magician, I can't magically make the car appear." In complete shock of his rudeness and lack of concern for his company's problem, I asked for the manager. He replied "I am the manager, I am the manager, now what?" LOL Sooooo I just went to enterprise rental and had a wonderful last minute rental experience. That manager should be fired! I can't imagine how the people under his authority conduct themselves. Perfect example of trash leadership running a business in to the ground!
Steer clear of renting from here. I’ve rented from Avis and other car rental places too many times to count. This is by far the WORST experience I encountered. My step dad and mom upon my recommendation since Avis has always been so awesome to me, to rent a car from here. This location was closest to my home and they didn’t want to rent from the local airport due to the increase in cost. My step dad prepaid the rental, therefore it was our understanding there was a guarantee his rental would be available and ready at the date/time he booked it. We arrived at the date and time we had booked it. He is given a car that he is warned has a cigarette smoke smell although the door entrance states “smoke free facility and rental cars” Yuck! We go check out the vehicle. All the windows are down in an attempt to “air out” the stench that you could smell upon getting within a foot of the vehicle. The smell was just gross and they were renting for 5 days, so we deemed it wasn’t something they could overlook. I told my step dad that surely Avis will make this right and rent him a different car. Sadly, the agent was of ZERO help. Although they had a parking lot full of other available cars, this agent insisted there were no other vehicles in the category he had rented, therefore in order to get him another car my dad would have to pay the difference in rental price since all other options were an upgrade in category. When we asked why they can’t make an accommodation because of an issue Avis should have monitored and controlled better, the agent became combative, rude, unhelpful, and said he couldn’t help us, he’d get in trouble if he did such a thing which I have seen Avis and other rental company agents upgrade very routinely in the past for a variety of reasons. He was of zero help. He told us to either cancel the reservation or we could go to the airport if we wanted a different car. We had no choice but to do that. The added trip to the airport and trying to sort through the whole mess was beyond inconvenient and time consuming. I will never recommend this location or use it for any future rental needs. Their business practices are sub par. Take your business elsewhere!
THE WHOLE BUDGET RENTAL COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! I’ve never had a good experience with them. Doug needs some help…as in more team members. He is personable and kind but stretched so thin. Poor thing was doing his best, running in and out, answering phones, resolving billing issues. The wait was forever. WHY WAS HE ALONE? He kept a good spirit but I missed my trip waiting.
They let me prepay for a rental so I could just run and pick up. Fabulous only they never disclosed there would be a $250 hold on your checking account above and beyond the 70$ one day rental. So now we are over 300 bucks for a one day rental. I canceled entire thing this was last Friday still no refund!
Great service. Came through when other companies didn't.
