Best Dealership hands down. Used car sales was the best. Got a great deal exactly what we wanted at advertised price no hassle. More for our trade in easy financing. I will probably never do business with this Ford location in the future, especially if my vehicle needs to be serviced. Communication with their customers in the services department is horrible. My service advisor was not friendly, he seemed annoyed with any questions I had. He would blow into the phone answering my questions. They would simply hang up without saying goodbye or have a nice day. When I asked for a rental vehicle while my car was being serviced, they told me they didn't have any and the few they had were being held for their customers. Mind you my vehicle was a Ford and purchased at a Ford Dealership, just not their location. Overall I've had a horrible first experience with them and don't plan on using them for future needs. I would much rather drive to another Ford location in a different city in hopes to receive better customer service with someone who is patient, understanding and doesn't mind answering my many questions as a woman.
The service department is terrible. We've continued to bring our heavy duty truck there for service that we couldn't do ourselves. Problem is, within a week of getting it back another problem pops up. This last time it was the wiring harness that runs right by the part they fixed. Thats 6k in parts not to mention the hours it takes going through each wire. Just careless mechanics. Not to mention they didn't lock my truck one night and things that were bolted down to the inside got stolen. Of course, nobody at the shop is liable. We are done with Pegues. I will spend the fuel going somewhere else to get my truck worked on.
This purchase couldn't have gone any smoother. After inquiring about the Maxima, Susan Schooley reached out to me immediately. I was leery of trading in my vehicle at the time because I still owed on it. Long story short, I gave Susan all my info, at close of business on a Thursday and on Friday, she was texting me letting me know I had gotten approved/financed. I drove my new vehicle home on Friday. I LOVE MY CAR. I loved the customer service from beginning to ending. I would refer any and everyone to Pegues Hurst Ford if they're looking to purchase a vehicle with hassle free service.
Bought a 2022 Ford Expedition XLT. Gary Kammer was a great salesperson. He was very informative and no pressure. They gave me fair value for my 2015 Ford Explorer when other dealerships in East Texas would not. Their customer service is the best. This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership and not my last.
Great experience at Pegues Hurst Ford. I've been doing business with them since 2008. Go see Susan Schooley if you want someone that is honest, straightforward, and just as excited as you are about buying a great vehicle. We love our Shelby Cobra!!
