Beware of them! They charged me for damage I didn't do, there was a break in the windshield when I took the car, they didn't see that there was a break and I had to draw their attention so they added it to the document of the car's condition - the one that shows a picture  of car, they wrote an X on the windshield and signed next to the X . and even though the damage was recorded in advance and they took a copy of the screen with the damages, when I returned the vehicle they automatically charged me  about 760 ero! Take a careful look of the car before you take it, picture everything...

On day 22 September at 12-1:30PM during that shift a blonde lady she did not reveal her name .  She refused to accept our 3 types of cards , also she reject to accept a digital card ; the pretext that is not completely convincing, that there is no information about the owner of the card, knowing that I am the owner of the card standing in front of it and she will not accept cash all of this for additional security deposit .  Due to that we couldn’t receive the car and also we already make the payment with full insurance for the car with additional driver and all the requirements are complete and that cause us a huge damage for our trip , and that only for the customer service.  Moving on to the worst part, which is the moral side . A rude, disrespectful person who insults customers with obscene words, raises her voice and insults the customer and when we ask for the manager she says that we will cause her to lose the job , and I really hope that to happen because she not deserve to have a job .

The clerk told us the CDW coverage was only 6 euros a day, but ended up being over $54 USD a day on our final invoice. We were charged almost TWICE what we were told to expect during booking.

Bad experience! instead of paying 15$ for insurance daily i ended up paying 60 euros! They didnt even mention it before. I returned the car 12 hours before i was supposed to, but they charged my credit card an extra day.

Beware of this company. After the car was returned in good shape, they charged me additional EUR 347.28 for misc. charges that they claimed as damage charge. Luckily I always took a video of the car condition when I returned it. Let's see how they gonna prove the damage to the car.  It seems like they did this to most of their customers and become their modus operandi to scam people. If I can give a negative star, I would do so without doubt.

They think I drove 13000 km in 3 days and charged me $3700 for a €290 rental. They refuse to reverse the charge or call anyone to help.

I have rented a car for four days. After I have returned the car, I was told in the agency that everything was OK with it and I can go on my way. 4 days after that I was charged on the some of 1189.61 euro without any explanation, mail, receipt. No nothing, I find this outrageous. I highly recommend others to rent a car elsewhere.

I made booking on expedia. But when i was on way to the company and i read this comments, i changed my mind and it seems that it is scam company

Overcharged for fuel up front option - charged 50L when the fuel take was only 40L. Tried to call them but they did not answer, sent two emails and they didn't respond. Had to dispute it through my credit card company. They also made me pay for an upgrade when I was 2 hours late for pickup even though I had prepaid for the booking.  Edit: two months later and they have finally responded to my email and have refunded the difference.

Not helpful at all, awful customer service. Cars are not clean and in very poor condition. They promise you one price and charge another. Avoid this location at all costs.
