Budget Car Rental

We have rented four 12 passengers van at this location and staff Jose and Angie were very friendly and accommodating. Even though we reserve them under Priceline, we were not guaranteed to get all four at the same location, so we are very thankful to Jose for finding vans and get them at his location. Jose was very professional, accommodating and provided the assistance needed at the time needed. I would highly recommend him and this location for future need. I was also offered after hour location at O'Hare, which shows great customer service.

I rented a car here for two weeks with and I am very happy with the level of service the team provided, the car was also really clean and new. The staff were always pleasant, friendly and flexible and have a real problem solving attitude. I Highly recommend going out of your way to hire from this office in Lisle

The guy who helped me was very friendly and accommodating. I ended up renting a vehicle for a long road trip and the vehicle I got didn't have cruise control my fault, I picked the cheapest option. I went back in and told him it wouldn't work for me and he said "no problem" and helped me get one that did work for me. This guy is 100% about customer service AND I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Guy there is friendly but did not walk through damages or verify gas level. Waited almost 10 minutes at desk before he showed up. I inspected car and there were cigarette burns on seat. Now I am waiting again so he documents this. Should have been a 15 minute process now almost 45. My advice is that they should take you to the car, inspect for damages, and check the gas level before doing the paperwork. Overall a little disappointing.

Made a reservation weeks ago only to be cancelled last minute before picking up the car. Horrible!

The service is terrible here. First time here I walk in and no one is at the desk. About 10 minutes later a guy walks in and sits behind the desk and waits another 2-3 minutes before he assisted the guy who was in front of me. Then, when conducting business the guy spoke so low I had to ask him to repeat himself over and over to the point he developed an attitude, an attitude because he doesn't want to speak up. My 2nd time here I made a reservation for 11am only to get here to be told the were no vehicles available until 3pm. I'm a patient person. I sat in the lobby until then, actually I here now. It's 3pm and still nothing. If I would've known I had to wait 5hrs for a vehicle I reserved, I would've just went some place else. Never doing business here again.

Jose at the front desk was awesome! Got me in and out within 5 minutes. Even upgraded me for a great price. Customer service was executed perfectly. This is my new rental spot thanks to Jose!!

Jose Morales has always been very helpful. Today I dropped my Budget rental at his location instead of the original location in Ohio and he worked out a very good deal for me.

I was in a very bad position as my car broke down and I needed to get to work. I do not own a credit card and was afraid that not having one would prevent me from renting a car. Budget accepted my debit card and rented me a car, thus, saving my job! I am so grateful that this review cannot even begin to express my gratitude, but its a start. Thanks Budget!!!!!
