Thank you very much to the wonderful woman working at the Budget Car Rental Desk in Laughlin Airport on Oct. 19, 2022. She was incredibly kind and generous, going well beyond my expectations when renting my vehicle. Her kindness made my trip extra special. I only wish I knew her name but I do know she is a proud cancer survivor and that makes her even more special. Thank you!!

I love their drop-off service. Don't have to stand in line. Fill out the information on your contract put your keys inside the envelope of the contract and drop it in the Box. Easy in and out
Budget Rental seems to be going downhill! Rented a car in Bullhead City trim hanging off the drivers door, car was filthy obviously not cleaned inside and out. Slow service too will try Hertz next time!
Trevor was wonderful. Went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival and was very informative. The location closed at 4 and he returned to the airport for our 6:30 pm arrival to meet us and allowed us to get our car. That was just the very best in customer service and we really appreciated it!
My Mother was sick taking Cancer treatment when she Contracted COVID. I rushed and booked a quick flight from Michigan to Las Vegas. I then rented a car in Vegas to make the trip to Bullhead City. The weekly rate was over $1300. I had no way to get back to Vegas and really didn’t want to leave my Mothers side. I called the Budget Corporate office as well as the bullhead city office. They said I could drop the car off at bullhead city for a $500 fee. Wow way to take advantage of a bad situation. At fare one weeks car rental and return now has cost a grand total of $3000. Ever again will I rent from Budget. They don’t care about COVID victims or there families.
Being a fastbreak member I expected a short line to show ID and get keys. I even called 2 days ahead of pickup to check if this was going to happen. I was told there would be 2 attendants working so it wouldn't be a problem. I get there and there is 1 attendant working for Budget and a competitor. So had to stand in line for 1/2 hour. This is my second try with Budget and don't promise something you never deliver.
The staff on duty is always willing to go the extra mile to make your reservation fast and easy. I always choose the pre pay option because it lowers the already low price and makes the deposit process less painful. The deposit, by the way, is refunded back to your card almost immediately after you return the car. My last experience I needed a vehicle that could comfortably fit 6 people. I was given a choice between 2 vehicles and ended up with a VERY nice 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. When I reserved and paid for the car online it stated that the first 300 miles was free but I would be charged for each additional mile. The employee that did my rental made it unlimited miles when I asked about that. I would recommend Budget Car Rental to anyone that asks.
Poor customer service in Bullhead, they did not look at the car or go over any damage before they gave me the car. The car was stained inside, no windshield wiper fluid, the windshield wipers were terrible. I was driving from Bullhead to Spokane WA and this car was not equip to do that. I called Customer Service when a person hit the car to get the insurance info for the officer and it took 4 times being transferred and everyone was quite unhelpful and not polite.
Reserved a car online because they say you can use a debit card. They took out their deposit on THAT card. Bank issued card with our name on it, NOT a preload generic type card. We drive out to pick up the car and the gal says "we can't accept THAT card". Why was it good enough to take a deposit out of, but not to accept as payment? Their computer would have known exactly what card it was as they pulled money out which took a few days to refund. WASTE OF TIME!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend ANY other company or maybe just this location SUCKS? or you could be left trying to find other accommodations at the last minute. I would give them zero stars if I could.
