Rob and his staff always do a great job getting us what we need and with great transparency regarding pricing and what your responsibilities are as a rider. We've rented several times from Rob and the PWC's have always run very well with zero problems. No need to go anywhere else for your rentals. Don't miss Shiver River next door either.

Rob owner was great! Safety first, 10 minute video before you go to the river. They help you launch, and will pick up you and your jet skis when you call a the end of your day. Most important, Rob tells you how to avoid damages that incur added costs. He really wants everyone to have a good time. We will definitely go back and recommend him to anyone who asks!

Highly recommend riverstar rentals. Rob and Dillon treated my family and I very well. No hidden fees or extra charges for their rentals. Made a reservation for two sea doos and the whole transaction went without an issue. Great to see good business ethics are still being practiced. We will definitely do business with Rob in the future.

Read all the great reviews on Yelp!!! We tried several places before coming here. DON'T DO IT!!!! They will all RIP you off!!!! Come here and rent it from ROB. He will give you the best price in town!!! The friendliest n honest guy you will ever meet!!! Rob will tell you the price up front, n get you in water in no time. Wife n I came here for the first time last year in May, then again Nov. Just finish having another fun ride on the river today!!!! We'll be coming back here again this Nov.!!! When ur done riding, just give Rob a call n he will be there in just a few minutes!!! Rob wife Arlene, own a ICE CREAM shop right next door!!! She will make you anything you ask for, Smoothie, Shave ice, Malt shakes, Ice coffee. Ice cream floats!!! She have it in every flavors you can think of and then some!!! She actually made me a Banana split shakes, which was absolutely AWESOME!!! Perfect, and so refreshing after a long day on the river!!! This husband and wife duo are truly amazing!!! Every business owner should be this way!!!!! We are letting everyone we know to come here when they are visiting. Thank you, Rob n Arlene!!! We will BE BACK AGAIN N AGAIN!!!!!.

Great experience here. Most of the signs along the main drag in Bullhead City showing some ultra-low hourly rate also have unreadable fine print saying price does not include service fee, launch fee, gas fee, etc. we were quoted an upfront out-the-door price at Riverstar. Rob, the owner, also went out of his way to accommodate changed plans. If we are ever in the area again looking to rent, we will not hesitate to rent again from Riverstar.

It can be tricky finding a solid jet ski rental place in Bullhead due to many places charging more for gas and dings on the jet skis. River Star had good reviews, the gentleman was very pleasant and he have us an extra hour. No problems at all here, great experience.

We called in morning and right from the start they help us out with renting jet ski same day and they didn’t have any hidden fees it was exactly what they quoted us. Jet skis run great has lots fun can’t wait book another trip... Highly recommended

When I tried calling them about the rentals, they answered the phone abruptly stating something unclear, so then I asked if they are the jet ski rental. I was then hung up on. I called back as I thought maybe they couldn't hear me/bad connection etc., the call was sent straight to voicemail. Doesn't seem they are interested in new business.

Rob and his crew go above and beyond to make their customers happy and coming back!!! This was my first time here but I will be going to Rob every time we rent jet skis moving forward!!!! I would have gave him 10 stars if I could have !!
