Budget Car Rental

Extremely pleasant experience. Quick to make sure my needs or questions were answered or met. Explained policy details. I have always used a different rental company,thanks to my granddaughter who lives over 10 hours away, and booked Budget instead who's over an hour away from me, I am hooked on going through Budget now. Affordable, accommodating and I will be going back in the future for further travels or vacation needs. Thank you

Return the car a day early they require prepay for a week and was not refunded the additional day. Fought over it for 30 minutes and the lady said too bad she already closed it out. So I said, give me the car back for the day since I’m paying for it then and she wouldn’t. So stealing a whole day basically. I’ll dispute the whole weeks charges if this isn’t resolved.

We made an online reservation to pick up a rental car at 1:00 on 8/5/22. We arrived at about 5 till 1 and was told they had no cars available to rent. They told us they would have to call Dayton Airport and see if they could send a car to Kettering so we would have a car. They told us to leave and they would call us when they found a car. Are you kidding me? We had a reservation to PICK up a car at 1. We also observed another man waiting for his car while his car was being cleaned and swept while he waited. They call this a business? We won't be going back there.

The lady that was there was honestly a rude person and I will not be back to this location. I wasn't told when I booked the vehicle that there was a extra charge. And to top it off she got on the phone while I was there and I heard her say "I'm going to Rack their card up" so check your card statements from her location!

The young lady that I dealt with was very pleasant and personable. Sorry I dont remember her name but I picked up on 12/21 and dropped off 12/29 and she was working. Very pleased with the service all around. Price was very reasonable car was reliable and clean. Will mist definitely be recommending to friends and family as well as using rental services again in the future. 100% 5 Stars

I had good experiences until recently. They allowed me to book my reservation, so I made arrangements to pick up the vehicle. I arrive at the location only to find out there are no cars available for me to use. Why allow bookings if you have no vehicles? I used budget alot this past year, but they've shown me I can no longer rely on them.

The car was decent and the amount I paid for it wasn’t too bad. Two days after returning it my credit card was charged an additional fee without any notice email or text or phone call as to why they charged me an extra $45. The gas tank was full and the car was returned in the condition it was rented to me in. They never checked the car when I returned it. Lesson learned to take pictures of the car before turning the keys in.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. We first of all didn’t get the car we had chose online & were given an SUV. Fine, whatever. No one walked out with us to look at the car beforehand and the lady at the front desk was on a personal phone call when we walked in. She never went over the charges or ANY information at the time of check out. Our cards were charged $40 each for no reason explained. The car was dirty and smelled HORRIBLY of weed. We had to put air fresheners in it to get the smell to a tolerable level for our Ohio to Texas trip. The parking lot is a disaster. NEVER!!!!!!! Will I use this location or budget ever again.

I rented a Budget car in Kettering and the people are always helpful. This is my third rental there!
