Great spot to wash your car if you're a taxi and/or Gig Work Uber/Lyft driver. In addition they also have a regular express car wash service for regular cars. Overall, the deluxe service is $10 while their basic is $8. If you have a vehicle that requires a touchless car wash in service, this is definitely a spot you can go-to. I believe this place also do car detailing work as well.

I have not hand washed my car here in years.  I must say that I like the fact that each wash bay is now equipped with a system that allows for credit card payments and the system displays the total time during the entire wash cycle, which I thought was the actual cost; however, the only issues I had was not knowing what the total cost was or how to shut off the system.  It took me a few minutes to realize that the green light that was next to the card swipe was the button to press, and once I pressed it, the system shut off.  The cost can add up if you are not paying attention to the system the entire time the dollar amount is adding and adding and adding until you shut the system off.

Overall, a fun way to wash your car, but rather expensive if you don’t know what you’re doing. And after I washed, the operators told me the drying system was broken, and had to buy a rag instead.

Did the self serve car wash & once finished saw scratched all over my hood. Called and spoke to who I found our was the owner only for him to question if I rinsed the brush first bc everyone knows to do that- it’s like you rinse your toothbrush to get spiders off.. umm ok no - there are no signs with instructions or warnings but, it was in the tray and rinsed. But there are credit card payment instruction- He’ll help take your money but not use his service. He then said it’s impossible bc they are a certain bristles ; yet you can see the size of the brush matches to the scratch. He said in his years of owning no one complained - yet he has bad reviews. Then asked “well what do you want me to do”- I was shocked -apologize. Fix the hood. That’s when he said sorry and made no attempt to make good

We bought a monthly plan during outside of the business hours a couple days ago. We came back again to use our monthly pass 9pm and did not know what do to. We called the phone number - someone helped us to get a car wash on the spot! The person on the phone was very friendly and kind. It was such a great customer service!!! The quality of car wash is also very good. This is my favorite car wash place now!

Today was my first time using budget car wash. I usually go to speedy wax in New Haven but it is closed down, and I just moved to the West Haven area. I had a wonderful experience. The attendant Calvin was very warm and welcoming and offered to spray off my rugs for me as there was a lot of hair from my dogs. The vacuum price was very fair and I had plenty of time to do my whole car with the time allotted. He then helped me through the car wash and helped me sign up for a monthly plan. He didn’t even know until after the experience when I asked him for his name that it was my first time, which leads me to believe he treats all customers this way. Amazing experience. Amazing facilities. I used the touch-less car wash every days and i have not been let down. They have a multitude of self wash bays so you most likely will not have to ever wait to wash your car, plenty of amenities such as rags and cleaners in the dispensers. Love this place!

Every wash station Ive been to works. Calvin the manager is kind and makes a point to keep the place clean. My car battery happened to die and Calvin helped me track down a jumper and got me on my way, above and beyond service that was greatly appreciated
