Gaslighting, reverse accusations and refusal to take responsibility...  After borrowing a family member's car for a period of time I wanted to get it detailed prior to returning it to them. Big mistake.  1. Splash cleaned the interior of my car on a Friday, took a reasonable amount of time and upon first glance getting in the car everything looked good. 2. I brought car to the airport to leave for family to pick up upon their return on Saturday. Upon them arriving they noticed that the vent controls were broken and found small pieces of plastic on the ground that looked like someone had tried to put them back together but failed. 3. On Sunday I returned to Splash to fill out incident report. Weeks went by without any response. 4. Multiple phone calls and outreach later I finally was able to speak to someone. I sent pictures of what happened and explained the situation. I was then told that Splash "has no equipment that could have possibly done this damage. It must have been previously damaged." I was told that I had no grounds for a claim and they refused to take any responsibility. 5. See pics attached and tell me with any reasonable explanation that this was not done when an attendant was wiping my vents and dash. Not to mention, explain to me how pieces of plastic from the vents appeared on my floor AFTER the car was cleaned...?  Simple mistake, I do not believe it to be intentional at all...but the damaged is going to cost me $900 to replace the vent housings. Instead of doing the right thing, they decided to accuse me of damaging it and double/triple down that it was not possible for their attendants to do such damage.  It's 2 small plastic clips that could easily be broken off by someone cleaning my dash and vents. Pretty awful and dishonest practice by Splash. I'm disgusted.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I've been coming here semi-regularly to use the vacuum for a while now and have never had any issues with the staff until today. I was vacuuming my car when all of a sudden an employee who was having another issue with another customer came to me and grabbed my hand and told me I couldn't use the vacuum without a wash. Nowhere visibly on site is it posted that I can't use the vacuum without a wash and honestly I would've been ok with it, left and went out about my business but grabbing my hand is where the line was crossed. If you have policies in place make sure that the rules are clear and visible upon entry so there isn't confusion as any business should. I would not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money at this location.

Awesome car wash. great staff. Multiple options at affordable prices. Most of all, FREE VACUUMING  this place is definitely one of my go-to spots for detailing my cars for my businesses.

If you're in west haven you must check out this splash car wash. It's spacious, free vacuum, great prices selection! Close to Dunkin' Donuts close to Yale univesity, is so convenient! They have the best service! Trash cans are well maintained not spilled out! Amazing management! I just love to get my car wash there even bringing my 3 little ones 7, 4 and 2 makes me feel safe!

Got the 5 star interior + exterior service done here today and gotta say that I am beyond pleased. The detail technician, Tyler took impeccable care with my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor and book

Oil Services- They had a semi long  line behind me and refused to service my Mercedes because they said it was “too complicated” I drove over 45 minutes to get to this location after speaking with customer service and confirming they would be able to service my car fully. Jess, the manager was rude and condescending. Terrible service overall.

7-7-23 for a $19.99 oil change. Forget the names of the 2 men that serviced my car,but, they both went beyond my expectations for car safety. Told me 1 disturbing thing about a problem, they explained it to me,asked them if they could fix the problem,yes they did,even showed me the problem part. If a rating was available,it would be 1000 % satisfaction. Thanks Again. I'll be back.

Good carwash all kinds of services all kinds of prices, free vacuum do it yourself. Small entertainment place for the kids clean bathroom clean waiting area I always satisfied with there services. Convenient location right off Boston post road.

Jessie at the oils change is great with helping people out and most of them are awesome with their customer service and they really try to look out for their loyal customers

I love Splash, it's as convenient as a drive up food place and the guys are always so nice. I try to dig into my wallet and give a tip everytime too. Worth it for anyone always on the run...
