Gaslighting, reverse accusations and refusal to take responsibility... After borrowing a family member's car for a period of time I wanted to get it detailed prior to returning it to them. Big mistake. 1. Splash cleaned the interior of my car on a Friday, took a reasonable amount of time and upon first glance getting in the car everything looked good. 2. I brought car to the airport to leave for family to pick up upon their return on Saturday. Upon them arriving they noticed that the vent controls were broken and found small pieces of plastic on the ground that looked like someone had tried to put them back together but failed. 3. On Sunday I returned to Splash to fill out incident report. Weeks went by without any response. 4. Multiple phone calls and outreach later I finally was able to speak to someone. I sent pictures of what happened and explained the situation. I was then told that Splash "has no equipment that could have possibly done this damage. It must have been previously damaged." I was told that I had no grounds for a claim and they refused to take any responsibility. 5. See pics attached and tell me with any reasonable explanation that this was not done when an attendant was wiping my vents and dash. Not to mention, explain to me how pieces of plastic from the vents appeared on my floor AFTER the car was cleaned...? Simple mistake, I do not believe it to be intentional at all...but the damaged is going to cost me $900 to replace the vent housings. Instead of doing the right thing, they decided to accuse me of damaging it and double/triple down that it was not possible for their attendants to do such damage. It's 2 small plastic clips that could easily be broken off by someone cleaning my dash and vents. Pretty awful and dishonest practice by Splash. I'm disgusted.Services: Auto detailing
Been here a few times and it’s hit or miss. The latest time was the worst experience. I paid for the works plus which I believe is what they advertise as the premiere and highest cost interior and exterior cleaning they offer. I have included a few photos of my car after their services were completed. There was dirt and hair all over the back seat. The cup holders and in between the seats looked untouched. I was appalled when I got back in the car. I will not be returning.
Awesome wash, especially after all the snow and salt covered roads it's an absolute must to take care of your car and Splash is the spot to do it. Easy in and out, unlimited packages are nice too, they even threw in some of the extra salt removal and undercarriage wash for me. Nice waiting area for times when its really busy, easy, fast but thorough.
I would just like to say that I go to splash when ever I need my car washed the staff and workers their are very professional there is also a gentleman by the name Louis very professional and willing to help and make shure the service I received was up to my satisfaction I recommend all my friends to go there when they need their car washed
Don't waste your time andvyourbnobey at this car wash! This is what gave to me... They are very hesitant in doing a good job, non responsive to their mistakes...
A very narrow path into the wash with three entrances I felt like I was at McDonald's 18.00 for the top of the line wash not includng under car wash and some other add ons I did not purchase. It was rushed very tight getting around I wouldn't bring my chevy truck here. They're monthly dues was high not including all the other add ons Not impressed. My tire shine was only half there. Was very disappointed and I gave them $9 tip which was almost 50 per-cent of a carwash. They didn't clean out any of the coffee holders Nor did they get all the sand and the backseat of the car. I am handicapped so I can't vacuum. I won't be going there again.Services: Vacuuming
Went to redeem a birthday wash and they told me it was only for exterior wash. I've gotten these coupons in the past and I know for a fact it's for full service wash. Had to go to the Hamden location to redeem.
Due to negligence of the supervisor his name is Bouba Camaka of not closing mirrors drivers they broke the drivers mirror it will cost me $1000 dollars and his answer is that it was not installed properly. Do not visit this placed his negligence could cost you a lot
Very SATISFIED n HAPPY with the service. The men there worked very hard on my car. The job was done spectacular. Instead of 5 stars , I would give them 100 plus stars. The men were courteous, professional, kind n much more. I will recommend this car wash to everyone. Thank you to ALL the guy's. Yes, I did give a good tip personally to one gentleman. The orders I left the tip in the tip box. People DON'T EVER TO FORGET TO "TIP". Also, this car wash, was CLEAN, inside the place as well as outside. I command, ALL of them for a top notch job
