We just rented the 28' Four Winds for a trip to the Grand Canyon. It was an amazing trip! All of the staff here were wonderful, the RV was in great condition and everything inside worked perfectly. We will definitely be back here to rent our next RV!! Thanks for everything!

The people here is rude, they have a terrible customer service. I don't recommend it.

The first time we rented from Budget RV Rentals we had an amazing experience!  We had never camped in an RV and we loved the conveniences of having power, water, and especially the refrigerator.  We have a small child and my father-in-law is disabled so having these things were crucial for our trip.  This is an annual, week long trip for my family and we did not hesitate to reserve an RV for a subsequent trip.  Unfortunately, that second trip was almost a complete disaster.  The first day we noticed that the generator was failing to charge anything in the RV.  We would have to start the truck just to get the generator started.  Everything seemed to be working while the generator was on but as soon as we shut it off ,the power would quickly die.  We contacted the maintenance number provided and left a message.  No one got back to us that day.  First thing the following morning we began calling again.  Friends of ours had a look at the battery and we discovered that the connections and wiring were terribly corroded.  We sent pictures to Budget RV.  They agreed to come and replace the batteries but couldn't send anyone for two more days.  They agreed to give us some free generator hours.  However, we soon realized that even with the generator running, we did not have power to any of the outlets, water pump, ac unit, etc.  Even worse, the fridge was no longer working either.  We desperately needed the power to charge my father-in-law's motorized scooter and sleep apnea machine.  We responded back to the contact at Budget RV that the free generator hours were useless since nothing was working.  We made due for the next 2 days.  A lot of our food spoiled and we had to make additional trips into town to replace things that had to be thrown out.  The maintenance man made it up to our campsite the evening of our third day.  I forget his name but to his credit, he was very pleasant and helpful.  He had us back up and running very quickly. Upon our return of the RV, we refused to pay any additional charges for the generator and requested a refund for the 3 days that nothing was working.  Terri who is also very nice agreed to forward our request to upper management.  We waited to hear back but I ended up having to call again.  I spoke to a different rep at that time.  She said management had agreed to give us our generator hours for free.  And that was it.  I explained to her that none of the conveniences we felt we paid for were available to us for those 3 days and we deserved our money back.  We worked hard for our vacation and we did not get what we expected.  Meanwhile, she acted as though we were cutting their throats by wanting that refund.  She apparently was not "upper management" but would discuss our plight with them further.  We received an email that stipulated a refund for one day only.  I wrote back that this was not good enough and at this point we deserved the courtesy of having someone from "upper management" contact us directly.  I never heard from anyone.  They refunded the one day to my credit card and that was it.  Basically threw our money back at us and ignored us.  As I said, we had a great experience the first time.  We would have considered renting from them again if we had been treated better but this year we will be looking at other options.

Rented an RV for the first time. Wanted to support a local business instead of the big chain. Got a great deal and really had a great experience with the RV. Definitely will use them again. Such kind and helpful staff. They even have a 24 line to call if you have any problems.  Highly recommend renting from them.

I had reserved 4 days in advance and had a phone call 1 day prior to picking up saying that they were so sorry but they had made a mistake and had double book my reservation. My family trip got ruined and my kids were very sad. This people need pay attention to what they are doing.

We rented our 26' RV for our trip to zion. It was the perfect size for our family and alot of space to put all of our stuff since we like to over pack  with our small kids. Picking up was  fast and easy Ken show me how to work everything and explain everything to me and asked if I had any questions before he went on to the next part.  Best part was the RV was super clean for us!!!!!!!  Thank you  for making this trip amazing for us budget rv is AWESOME

Our RV Rental was fabulous!  We went to Flagstaff, AZ traveled down through AZ back to California.  No Problems and No extra Charges! Great Service and can't wait to travel again!  Most differently will use Budget RV Rentals Again...
