Budget Truck Rental

There's only one person here to run the store/gas station and the truck rental and she's never done a truck rental before. She's been nothing but kind and she's done her best, but we have a reservation to pick up a truck today. This isn't a spur of the moment walk in. I also had to move their trucks around to get mine out, since there's only one employee here. Edit: the DEF tank was nearly empty and after talking to the local branch manager he sent some guys out to refill it. He also apologized profusely for my troubles.
