Worse truck rental place! They canceled my reservation 30 minutes prior to pick up with some lame excuse about a system being accidentally open. Lost so much money and time since all my logistics were around the truck. This company is inconsiderate and unprofessional and should not be in business.

Company Canceled my truck rental a day before pick up. Doesnt have the decency to call and offer options they just sent a email canceling the truck. I called corporate customer service to discuss options and find out why my rental was canceled was told they would reach out to other sites to find a truck. Corporate called back in 15 minutes just saying truck rental was canceled due to no truck being available. Well no duh I already knew that you was supposed to give me options and didn't bother. Will be finding another truck with another company. Customer service was rude and rushed. Will never use budget for anything again.

Zero stars!!! Rec'd a confirmation number to pick up a rental on 6/29. When I got there, people were being turned away. As was I. NO trucks available. I find a $50 deduction taken out of my bank 7/2. When I called Corporate, it was for a no-show fee. WHAT? Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get a refund. Wait that long on THEIR error? I was given an email for escalation; only you need a case number - which wasn't provided at the time. I had to email for one which will take 24-72 hours. WHAT A SCAM!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE or BUDGET, unless you want to be taken for a ride!!

I made my reservation weeks in advance and confirmed it. When went to pick up my rental at the reservation time today and they told me they didn’t have any trucks. I was never notified in advance and the store associate just blamed the corporate office for not calling me. It was the worst experience. Just ridiculous.

Why don't google keep 0 ratings option. Because that is what this place will get. No wonder it has such worse ratings. They say the amount is going to be just on hold and part of it will be returned but when you return it the other guy goes I don't know what you talking about and you'll charged. All you can see in their faces is, surprise, you been SCREWED!!. When I called customer care, the location guy says one thing to me and totally different thing to customer care lady. Lied right at my face. No work ethics. Don't know why budget even keeping this location as franchise. Cheaters big time.

I usually don't do negative review. JUST BEWARE, will scam you to pay more money!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! With this pandemic going on, shame on you for doing shady business. Booked online unlimited miles, yet he wanted charge me $40+ dollars more for over miles. SHAME! SHAME! Don't bother rent here, go somewhere else with decent customer service and decent business.

MANY issue with this place. Will not use again. Hours are terrible and seem to change regularly. The guy working there said that he bounces back and forth between multiple locations all day, so he might not be there when I want to return the truck and I can just call his cell phone and wait for him and he would meet me. Tried called many times and he never answered. Called customer support and they said that I wasn’t allowed to leave the truck there since no one was at the location and I had to bring it home until the next day and bring it back as soon as they opened the next day. Truck wouldn’t fit in my driveway and I can’t park on the street overnight. I asked if I could just leave the truck there and lock it just like all the other trucks are sitting there waiting to be rented and I would just drive the keys back when they opened. They said if I leave it in their lot where all the other trucks are kept and something happened to it, it would be my fault, since I didn’t “check it back in” with anyone.

**Beware-reservation is not a guarentee** Made my moving truck reservation May 19th. Call on Thursday May 31 to confirm my reservation for that Sunday and they couldn't confirm because they couldn't guarantee me a truck. I felt like I was an episode of Seinfeld. The reservation guaranteed my rate, but not a truck. What good does that do me when it comes time to move? Scrambled and made a guaranteed reservation with UHaul. WHAT A JOKE!

Rented a 26 footer with the gas tank at an eighth under full. Returned it at slightly more than than and this location still charged for the fuel and a penalty. $60.55 in total. Called Mike and he said that all trucks should be rented only with full gas tanks. How does this make sense, why have a form that has any fuel level besides full then! Avoid renting here.

Your reservation means nothing. Zero. Zip. Nada. You will be cancelled within a 24 hour window. I'm 0/3 with this place over the years. I think their reservation system is just a way to get personal info and cc #'s. *****Edit: 5 days AFTER THEY CANCELLED my reservation, I was charged $50 "due to a system error" that will be "resolved and refunded in 7-10 days".
