Cost effective! However, I am concerned about their packages. 1. I was assured if I return the truck on time I could have a discount 2. Upon return I was made to know it doesnt happen for one way rental.
Fabulous customer service. The main worker at the counter let us know when we arrived that the truck we ordered online had issues had been returned by the previous renter that morning. He got us hooked up with an equivalent, and worked with our budget no pun intended to get us going. Of my various experiences renting with U-Haul, Budget, Home Depot, etc over the years, this location was by far the best experience of all of them. Made a stressful day start off smoothly. Very grateful for the excellent service!
When I place the order for a one-way cargo van rental for my parents move to Virginia there were no problems with the van. Driving down 95 was so smooth. There really wasn't any problem except for the scratches and a few bumps that was noted by the sales representative who definitely had awesome customer service skills. Will use them again. Thank you.
My friend and I had a bad experience with Budget Truck rental . The truck itself had problems. The real problem would be turning on the engine, it wasn't smooth and you have to use force on the key to turn on the engine on. Which takes me a while to turn the truck on, you would think they gave you the wrong key One of the tires was low on air. So much for maintenance on your assets. When we got into the truck, GAS was not on FULL. The lady did not exam the truck in front of us and wrote down full tank of gas. I believe there's room for improvement for serving your customers.
Great friendly service. Did not have the size truck i needed or reserved. It was never returned...but he helped me out with a smaller truck and a discount....it was the only truck he had left.
Peter was very accommodating and helpful. Great man to do business with! His staff was responsive with my request. Highly recommended!
Budget truck sucks they like to get U for the money though make you buy a package deal they do you don't even need it I drove from New Jersey to Florida in 3 days and now they're making me pay a 6 day package a bunch of Scumbags
Their was a women working early morning didn’t get her name but she was so beyond rude. Don’t even bother going to this location unless you trying to catch a case
