Ok I understand that this isn't the Waldorf Astoria but come on. The room I got with my family is just gross, and I mean gross. Coffee stains on the walls, lamp shade missing from the table lamp, smoke detector not even hooked up, carpeted floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed in months, the bathroom fan doesn't work and it has leaves in it, there's no toilet paper holder or towel rack OUTSIDE the shower, the dresser looks like someone's dog chewed on it, the room smells like smoke, and to top it off the reception desk clerk will give you a hard time if you ask for almost anything. I know it's a cheap stay and what not but come on put a little effort into your business. Oh and the positive, the wifi works, and my room has a fridge and microwave and TV.
SEE PICTURES FOR PROOF.....Dirty, smelly, uncleaned room with garbage ALL OVER. We were booked for a non-smoking room with two queen beds and then upon arrival we were told that nothing there was guaranteed, and the only available one was a smoking room with one double bed. Broken lights and TV would not turn off, making sleep EXTREMELY difficult. Parking lot seemed very unsafe with criminal types gathered around all night. Broken shower handle made showering impossible. Unchanged bed with dirty sheets. Mold in ceiling. RUDE AND ANGRY man at the desk refused to even speak to us about our concerns. Looking back, I wouldn't even let my dog sleep in this place. Safety: NOT
Rude staff, mystery stains on the walls, furniture that looked like a dog had chewed on it, a random car in the parking lot with no tags that looked like someone was living in it, missing smoke/CO detectors, carpet had not been vacuumed in 3 months, bathroom vent fan not working, lamp with no lamp shade, 2 sets of towels for 4 people room was reserved and paid for 4 people. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!
The most disgusting motel I ever stayed in. Dirty carpet, dirty mattress, no chairs, refrigerator not working, one light, outlet looked unsafe. Unsanitary conditions. Rooms: Dirty and disgusting Safety: Unsafe and unhealthy
Guaranteed reservation was NOT guaranteed...was given a DIRTY, SMELLY,BROKEN, smoking room one bed, reserved for 4 people 2 queen beds nasty man at the desk, refused to look at our reservation confirmation on my phone, guests fighting and screaming, thought we were in crack house! So nasty and dirty I don't know how to say moreRooms: 1/5
This little hideaway motel is very quaint. Cheap rates for the area clean rooms and all the hot water you require. They offer smoking and nonsmoking rooms. They don't have laundry on-site but everything you need is close by. I would recommend and stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Worst place to stay! Room was dirty and smelly and very uncomfortable bed! Bathroom was terrible as well.
Place is horrible and staff is disgustingly rude. Dirty floors, walls, and everything looks rotted. Cracks through the door in which u can see outside meaning someone can see inside your room. Heat barely was working. Just overall prob one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Never would recommend
Room had a really bad odor, reception was rude for no reason whatsoever.Rooms: 1/5
Hotel overbooked and gave my room away which left me with nowhere to stay after a 6 hour flight close to midnight. I was never notified by the property and would have made other arrangements before leaving JFK if they'd just contacted me. Absolutely unacceptable. The clerk kept saying "don't worry. It is not a problem." Over and over. Which not surprisingly, did not help find a solution. What's the point of accepting reservations if you aren't actually reserving anything?
