Buffalo Lodging is a division of Benderson Development, one of the largest privately owned development companies in North America. We opened our first hotel, a Hampton Inn, in Marlborough, MA in 1997. Today, we manage over 45 award-winning hotels consisting of a mix of owned hotels, joint ventures, and properties operated under 3rd Party Management Agreements. We have franchise licenses with Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Choice Hotels International, Carlson, and InterContinental Hotels Group.
