White Pillars Lodging

I have stayed at White Pillars. I have traveled through the states. And I would say .White Pillars is the Best place I have stayed. Not only is the rooms. Top rated. But the staff and owners. Are the most careing. And friendly as you where part of there family. That's how I felt.

My husband and I stayed for a night. It was a beautiful place, comfortable bed and clean. The owner was very sweet and made accommodations for us last minute. Definitely would love to go back again. Very peaceful and the view in the morning was so nice.Rooms: 5/5

Our one-night stay was in the main historic farmhouse which was charming and very comfortable. We loved our room with its fireplace and private screened porch. The property is rural, lovely, and very peaceful. Bird feeders surround 2 sides of the house and call you to rise in the morning with their light chirps. I sat with them in the early morning with my coffee and crochet project even though it was bit cool. Breakfast was delicious and having coffee available early in the morning and by Keurig at other times is always a plus for me. This was our first stop on a week’s lighthouse tour of upper New York state and it was well worth it.

Great place to live and relax. It is serene, cal and quiet. I.like waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning l. Absolutely gorgeous and restful. The owners are attentive to detail and are the best humans I have met recently. I will come back and I recommend this place if you want peace and quiet from all the brouhaha from a tough job and city life.

I have stayed here several times. I stay at the craftsman using executive east or west. Great shower and very quite like it being away from the highway. You share it with 4 others but the place is sound proof. Kitchen if needed, coffee is available and nice size rooms

I'm going to give this place five stars solely on the fact that I love this and I understand people have bad days. We would always my girlfriend and I made it sort of a ritual after our annual week camping. On one of the visits the male owner of the property saw my GF with a cigarette in her hand outside..... I totally understand there is no smoking allowed inside..... As soon as he saw that his mood changed simply because we are younger then your average guest...this was back in 2018. I'm now writing a review because I got an email from them asking me to. I asked the owner for a charger he responded very rudely "we don't carry your phones charger here" I mean cell phone charging wires are pretty basic right you either have an iPhone or an Android now a days.. I found this odd since he's gave me a charger on other occasions when I stayed there. there was a lot more funny things that happened during that stay. But other then that one single time it's been an amazing vacation spot. So just a warning don't pull up to the driveway with anything in your mouth such as a cigarette vape etc etc you'll get frowned upon

John and Donna were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was delicious. What a treat this was with the birds and deer outside the window!. We could have stayed and talked with John and Donna for hours. They are such interesting people with such interesting life experiences.

White Pillars has been a nice and peaceful stay. It is great for those who love the country setting and just want to escape all the hustle and bustle.

Donna and John are so warm and hospitable. White Pillars is inviting, charming and simply elegant .
