Buffalo Wild Wings

Waited an extra 40 minutes for our delivery. We called the delivery person asking about our order and they said BWW keeps telling me we are “getting it together.” The only thing they are getting together is closing up shop.The delivery person said it was not that busy either. Bang up job on the day old fries.Food: 1/5

Waitress was very friendly and did the best she could. We were told that it was a 30 minute wait to be seated and there was only 4 tables being used. Then after we were seated and ordered our food it takes 40 minutes to get my wife's food and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my food. The burgers we ordered we great. The fries were slightly warm and tasted stale. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Walked in nobody around to great you, wasn’t that busy maybe five tables full, got our drinks, gave to the wrong people. Not asking. After giving drinks just walk away not asking if we are ready to order. Ten minutes later she came back and took our order. Got our order they just put the food in front of you not asking who order what. Fries were cold ask for fresh fries came right back with the fries and the were cold as well. They probably just put on a different plate and brought them right back. Won’t be going back to that one in Oshkosh. The one on koller st

So I understand businesses are low staffed or whatever. We waited for an hour, after being seated no one came to ask for drinks fot a good 15 min we walked out as we noticed tables that sat after were getting there drinks and orders taken before us. We came in for dinner tonight and waited 10 mins to be seated when there was only a few people eating in the restaurant. Our server was very nice got us are drinks right away. We ordered and waited 40 minutes for our appetizers to come out. They came out and they were cold. 20 more minutes went by and we asked if our food was coming out and she apologized and went to go check but didn’t come back for another 10 minutes we decided to leave and go else where. Have never had to leave a restaurant before so we are very disappointed Kid-friendliness: The lady that seated us brought us a height chair for our little one but we had to ask if she could wipe it off because there was food still in the chair

We were informed there would be a wait after we were seated. Nobody knew who was going to take our order! Then I ordered traditional wings they Brought me boneless.. I got my wings 15 minutes after my family got their god as it was. We had to ask for refills, napkins & silverware. Just over all a bad experience. It’s like nobody in the place knew what they were doing.

We walked in a family of 4, were seated right away and then waited for a server that never came. We watched them go to tables that were seated after of us. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes with a toddler. No server asked for drinks or food!! Horrible serviceService: 1/5

We ordered wings off the website at 5:45pm. The order said would be delivered in an hour. We received a text saying the order will be 20 to 30 minutes more due to Buffalo Wild Wings being busy, we thought no problem. We waited 2 hours and then ended up calling Buffalo Wild Wings asking for the order. They said that our order had been sitting in the hotbox for 30 MINUTES! They said they tried to call the driver but didnt pick up. We asked why they didn't call us and they said they do not have my number which is on the website under my account that i ordered from. We were offered to come pick up the delivery which would result it being in the hotbox for 45 Min plus another 15 for traveling home. We asked if we could have it made fresh and would come pick it up, they said no as they were already behind in orders. We asked for a refund and was told to call back tomorrow at 11 as the managers were busy. We will see if we are issued a refund. At 8:13pm we decided to go to another restaurant and was met with the delivery driver with our food order which we canceled! Either the delivery driver was flaky or B-dubs was disorganized or both. Either way I will not be returning!

We stopped here for a quick order of boneless wings for lunch. Service was good and our order was served quickly. The wings were crispy and just the right temperature. We didn't have to wait for them to cool off before eating. The plethora of sauce options is always a positive.

Wings were incredibly over cooked, near jerky level. They were also not sauced much. I ordered 3 different flavors and they all tasted the same. The new "blazing" wings didn't even make my tongue tingle due to the lack of sauce.Food: 1/5
