Love the bogo boneless wings on Thursday the food is great the service is sometimes hit or miss with the workers I have experience and have had several takeout online orders that had me wait up to 30 extra minutes to get the food I order earlier in the dayFood: 5/5

Ordered take out for Thursday night football. They told me 30 minutes. I figured it’s Thursday night they were probably busy so I showed up at 32 minutes. My house is a 5 min drive from the restaurant. Got home and opened my bag to eat and My fries were hard as rocks. All 20 of my wings were cold. I paid $30 just to come home and re-cook my food and it was still terrible, couldn’t even finish it. Very disappointed.

Wings are always great, service is perfect too depending on who your server is! We love Maddie and Tyler, but have had some others that weren’t as awesome! Thursday is a great day because of their deal to go, but expect it to be crowded and to wait longer!!

Service was straight up DogWater. How do you only order an appetizer and still have it screwed up? Ordered the new bourbon bbq and the wings came out sauce less. I dined and dashedFood: 2/5

Ordered delivery from here with my roommate. We got 20 boneless wings and they sent us bone in. We got them to send a new delivery and they did the exact same thing. Both receipts clearly say boneless. Never had an order be 100% correct at this location.Food: 1/5

The "hostess" was rude and we ended up getting our own drinks for the refill , as far as I know the server didn't even notice.. Not busy at all. No wonder why.Food: 3/5

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night and the food was great! The staffing and management of this restaurant was egregiously horrible. We’re very reasonable people and understand that a lot of places are understaffed so normally it’s whatever I don’t care at all! However, there were about 6 tables seated in the entire restaurant, a lot of waitstaff, and no one would help us. The manager and most of his waitstaff stood around laughing and talking off to the side the entire time we were there, even though customers were visibly not getting serviced. Finally a waitress came from serving the bar area to get our orders. She was awesome!! Unfortunately she was running ragged around the entire restaurant because her manager and coworkers left her out to dry while they were having the time of their lives chilling by the bathrooms. They were the only ones in the restaurant having fun LOL

I ordered to go and my tater tots with cheese in top were so overcooked that I couldn't separate them from the side of the box. There was also multiple short white hairs in my wings I have long red hair. So you could say I didn't/wasn't able to eat my $25 worth of food. So disappointing.

I've eaten here a couple of times & the foods pretty good for the most part not A++ though. The service can be a bit frustrating at times, seems hard sometimes to get your server when you need something. Shouldn't need an employee when you're eating because it should be your server you need but they always end up disappearing for very long periods of time. The atmosphere is almost always chaotic & that's a huge turn away. Mostly though for my one-star review I'm leaving it's because I found out they had a twenty minute wait on seating & I thought that was great! Everywhere else that night was a fifty-minute wait, so after finding that out asked to reserve a table only to be told that they couldn't do that!? Every single other restaurant or dine in will let you reserve seating & I've never had a single place tell me they couldn't. So I was told I'd have to come in & wait twenty minutes just for seating. No thanks, I'll take my hard earned cash elsewhere & I did. Guess what? Texas Roadhouse had reserved seating that night & I left a hundred dollar bill and told them to keep the change. The food cost seventy-two and some change for two huge meals for my girl & myself because we hadn't ate the entire day, but honestly for the spectacular experience they provided us & the amazing mouth watering food that night which would've dragged bdubs like it wasn't nothing & actually reserving seating just like everywhere else other than Buffalo Wild Wings they deserved more than a twenty-seven & some change tip. I recommend just going to Texas Roadhouse instead of bdubs. At least you will get your money's worth & they'll actually reserve seating for you!

Went into the Muncie location with my boyfriend and 2 children.. my son is less than a year old. We were seated at a booth by the wall.. I had to go back and ask the hostess for a high chair that she didn’t bring to us.. there wasn’t any by the location they kept them. Then she stated well you can’t sit at the booth and have a high chair in the isle.. so we had to then move over to a different table with no assistance. Then there was a team of about 6 people looking for a high chair, after we were asked about 3 times if a boaster seat would work.. he was/is obviously a baby. So, no that wouldn’t have worked. We then had to leave because they didn’t not have a high chair for us to be seated.. Kid-friendliness: They didn’t have high chairs.. they only had 3 total in the whole place..
