Stopped by with my cousin after picking him up from the airport. Long day. Typical box store sports bar...lots of monitors. Not too rowdy. 49-ers were what we came to see. Ordered a tall Blue Moon. It was fresh, as was the orange slice important. The hamburgers were superior. Another beer later and I was the rowdy jerk! Fun time. Service was very good. Thanks...

I had the worst service experience. Out of five of us, only two received their food initially. It took an additional 30 minutes for the rest to receive their orders, except for one person who only got half of what they ordered. It took over an hour for all the food to arrive. When we were asked if we needed refills, all of us requested them, but only one refill was delivered. We also requested napkins, which were never provided. I had to personally bring drinks and napkins from the front for our table. It took us a lengthy 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish our meal. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, and there didn't seem to be a shortage of staff. Our waiter spent more time chatting with other staff members instead of attending to our needs. I work too hard for my money to dine here again.

Went today for lunch place was empty took 15 minutes to be seated then once seated ordered food which is where my experience completely sucked my family got the food they ordered in 20 to 30 minutes I had to wait over an hour to get 20 boneless wings not to mention 3 other people at my table got WINGS!!!! just to be told by the waiter they ran out of boneless wings only to be told by the manager no that never happened hes been in the kitchen the whole time and your food was sitting on the counter waiting to be brought to me for at least 25 minutes when my families food was brought out we did complain and got my food completely taken off the bill along with 15% off the total bill but I still think this place needs to properly train servers to bring food out when ready or all at once not bring 2 peoples food out wait 10 minutes go get the other 2 then wait 25 more minutes before bringing mine out i watched another family come in sit down order eat and pay the bill before i ever got my food needless to say won't be going back anytime soon was very disappointed

If I’m paying $9 for fried pickles, I expect not to have to cook them myself after I pick them up. These were soggy and half raw. Also, I’m practically paying $1 per piece on top of that, as this was how many I got. Didn’t even fill the bottom of the box.

The food and atmosphere were great but the service was bad. Our waitress was, Cassaundra, she was great and was putting great effort into serving but the team in the back is not helping her. The orders take long for them to be ready. We witnessed other customers leaving for that reason.Food: 5/5

My buddy picked up wings for us before our shift. When he got there the box labeled “PG” for my Parmesan garlic wings was actually Caribbean jerk!!!! Not only did they get my wings wrong but they labeled them what they should have been and still messed it up. Also all of the ranch containers had about 1/8 of actual ranch in them! What is this?! Why can’t you fill up the ranch containers?! Our shift was about to start so we couldn’t go back and get my correct wings. Horrible!

Tried 2 times calling them to order but they didn’t pickup the call. I had to go in person to order and was told it will be ready in 15-20 min but I did wait for 1hr 30min standing infront of front desk to pickup my order. All they said is “we got busy and what do you want me to do”. Very upset with staff.

This my favorite place for a long time but it's been going in decadence. In one visit they had no lime for a Corona. Another visit they had the cooler broken And had no all kind of beers. Another visit they say they don't have knife to cut lime they order it and didn't get it yet after a couple times I went. Another visit they only had two Corona extra... no more than that. Last visit I order celery  with my wings and they brought me frozen celery. It looks there is no supervision at this place. I don't  really feel like going there anymore.

Placed an order for pickup an hour from when order was placed, arrived a little before due to pickup. Went in when order was supposed to be ready and was told it wasn't ready at the time I expected. It took 25 minutes for them to provide the order. Spoke with a manager who didn't offer even an apology which is really all I wanted. Staff overly nonchalant about their error. Really not happy to have my time wwasted. Think about skipping this place.  Edit: got home and fries and potato wedges were missing, and the carrots and celery were frozen. Now I have to go back
