Buffalo Wild Wings

I placed a take-out order today for 20 traditional wings. All 20 of those wings were under cooked, under sauced, and dangerous to eat. I attempted to taste one wing and it was like chewing rubber. I strongly encourage a food inspector visit to this location. Customers eat at your own risk!

For starters I had to grab my own menus. Let me add to it that I waited at least 15 minutes no exaggeration because we were waiting for another person for me to get up to grab them. What's makes this experience worst is that I the General Manager told us to choose a table. The GM greeted people after us and walked them to their table and had menus in hand for them. He made eye contacted with my table several times and seen we had no menus. The waiter walked past several times as well with us not having menus. As I went to grab menus the GM and 2 waiters looked at me grabbing our menus and still didn't acknowledge us. 5 minutes later our menu the GM comes back from behind the bar and looks at us and talks with another waiter and ask did the other waiter get to us. He then precedes to come over and ask if we've been serviced we said no and he apologized. To wait that long and grab my own menus and and not be acknowledged and the GM was the one to greet us. To add it's not even busy.

The whole chain is worst and worst. The is no much difficulty cooking wings, to that end wings were good. However the restaurant mood and environment is not welcoming and comfortable. I don't think it's the waitresses in my opinion it is the individual managing of the restaurant and business as a whole. Its outdated!!!! At least the two closer to my area.

Highly recommend coming here. You'll have a good experience. If you can handle waiting, and being patient then totally suggested. There's been days where they'll get busy and table waits go from 15-30 minutes. Otherwise the staff and management are fantastic! Very clean store!

Food is good. Service was fine. But wait 45 minutes for 2 salads? For real? Unacceptable.

It was okay. There was no atmosphere, half the restaurant wasn't in use, the service was mediocre at best. We were seated quickly but it took us like half an hour to get our food. What is weird is we put in an order for an app and meal together and the wings came our before the appetizer! Not to mention they were out of one of the beers they had on special for happy hour. The food was fine but it was just a long wait for food that wasn't worth it. Save your money, go to a more decent Buffalo.

Service was slow and employees seemed like they didnt care about customers service. Ordered several orders of boneless wings, had to ask for carrots and celery and was told we need to clarify that when we order. She gave us carrots that were sliced and partially frozen together, celery looked as though it had been chewed on by an animal. Had to ask for refills on drinks and then still took 10 minutes to get refilled. Someone other then our waitress finally came around to collect our payment for our bill's. Will never eat at this establishment again.

If I could give a "0" I would. This location needs a staff overhaul or just close the doors. August 11, 2022 evening. Rudest, poorest service EVER. Not welcomed when we came in, waitress didn't speak more than 10 words to us the entire time.. not lying. Salads came out in hot bowls, orders came out 1 at a time after 40 minutes. We each ordered a drink, went to order another, when we could get her attention... to be told "The bar just closed" and walked away. This is the first time in my life I DID NOT TIP. Horrible restaurant at this location.

Just got done here a few hours ago and all went well. Barely any wait to be seated, have our order taken or get drinks/food. The food was pretty good and we didn't have any quality issues. Our waitress was great, very professional and as prompt as you could expect these days. However... During the course of our meal I feel obligated to mention a few things. The week point of this operation seems to be the host/hostess position. While we had no problem being seated, many others did and one guy even went so far as to enter the kitchen yelling for someone. Quite a few people piled up in the lobby area before the bartender finally came around and directed them into the bar area to be seated. Also, be aware, at the time of this writing the dining room is closed. They were seating people in the bar area. It's fine because there is plenty of space in there but still worth mentioning.

I’m not getting the same environment like in Brookfield . Looks like a local environment we spoiled our family dinner.One waiter carrying a gun and Serving the order no safe .
