Buffalo Wild Wings

The menu and drinks decreased in options, somewhat. However, they still have great meal choices to select from. Our server Charlene was great! Such a people pleaser and kind too. I'm glad we met her. The restaurant was clean, and there was no wait to get in or be seated. I was shocked, considering it was a Sunday evening. It might have been slow due to it being a holiday weekend. So keep that in mind if you happen to visit next Sunday and it's packed. Don't get mad at me! :

If you're looking for a place to watch the game, enjoy some wings, and grab a drink with friends, Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely worth checking out. First off, the atmosphere was great. The bar area was packed with TVs, so there wasn't a bad seat in the house. The crowd was lively and enthusiastic, creating a nice buzz of excitement throughout the restaurant. I had a cheeseburger with fries and a Michelada. The Michelada was so good! Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely agree!

Where to start. I haven’t been to BWW in a few years. Of course you expect inflation as it is everywhere but holy smokes. The prices have sky rocketed, the boneless wings are damn near popcorn chicken. We ordered a 15 ct and a 10 ct. both came out cold. Not even Luke warm. Room temp at best. The Nashville chicken sandwich was not cooked through. We sent it back. Sadly the next one was the same. For what you pay here you can literally go anywhere. Pros - clean bathroom and our server was nice.

The food was cold and it took more than 45 minutes to fix it... I love this place but my last visit was a nightmare.... The waiter was so cute and helpful but she missed my order... I wish they take this review in consideration.Food: 3/5

We had 15 minutes sitting by the time the server showed up. The wings are ridiculous. Dry pretty pathetic for a place that supposedly is one of the best places to go for wingsFood: 3/5

This is by far the worst bdubz I’ve ever been to. Placed a pick up order at 10pm. Got quoted 10:20 and my order was given to me at 11. My wings were lukewarm, extremely hard and barely had sauce on them, fries were cold and hard as well, and my ranch tasted spoiled. I waited an extra 40 mins for nothing. On top of that, they just threw my wings and fries in one big box together. I have always received my fries in a bag and my wings in a box… never together! I will not be returning!

Been here multiple times, each time the service and food was not worth it. I understand the bartender may be busy but we sat for ten minutes and watched her watch the sports on the TVs. We get 15 traditional wings with medium heat. Took about 20 minutes to cook which is reasonable but they came out looking like they’ve been sitting and we’re not hot. Very disappointing but mostly expected by this point. Managers should be watching over things better. Making sure food gets expedited the moment it comes out of the window. If servers are too busy and cannot give a good experience to customers then managers should give wait times to tables.

Great service food was really good and didn't took long to get it after we order.

Server didn’t care about our table, lot of children running around without their parents caring and some guy bought in their personal non ADA dog, Our food was also cold and sauce was dry, even when we asked for extra wet. Just go to the Orland Park bdubsFood: 3/5

My daughter, my grandkids and I went here for lunch. It was terrific. The staff were all very nice & helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was delicious and came out right away. And they have house long islands for like $3 or $4.Recommended dishesParmesan Garlic, Hot, Boneless Chicken Wings
