We tried using our rewards and couldn't use them. We weren't told until after we ordered and finished our meal. We told our waitress prior to ordering that we were using our rewards. Then our daughter ordered cheese and bacon on her fries. They had sprinkled very little of each on her fries. We asked about adding more since we have been to many Buffalo wild wing restaurants that actually served them the correct way. The manager refused to correct it and said we would have to pay extra. When we tried to put our receipt into our rewards app it wouldn't take this locations receipt. I will not return to this Buffalo wild wings ever again. Poorly managed! The service rating is only for the manager and not our waitress. The waitress did her job correctly and was very polite. Low rating on food reflect the shortage of cheese and bacon on fries and rewards app dissatisfaction.
This is a decent American food place. I like going with friends as they can accommodate a group. We ordered online and only made it home with half our food. I called and they did fix the issue, but I had to go back and pick it up. I paid for extra ranch and didn’t receive it.Food: 4/5
Food was great, service was amazing. 1 complaint is they want .50 per fried pickle, i’m assuming all the appetizers are being affected by shrinkflation so I’ll just stick to wings from now on.
I have ordered twice from BWW Clarksville, once online and at the "To-Go" counter last night. Both times I received my order piping hot and exactly as ordered, which is great. The cheese curds are really good, especially with the house sauce. Our boneless wings have always been delicious and feature larger pieces than some of the local pizza establishments. They gave me a wait time of 30 minutes but our order was ready in about 15. The restaurant was packed, so I consider this above and beyond. Despite the amount of people there, it wasn't overwhelmingly loud inside the restaurant. It was a rather pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoy the Blazing Carolina Reaper sauce. It keeps me coming back.
Worst bdubs I’ve ever gone to. We sat for 15 minutes before even getting a drink order which we had to flag down one of the four waitresses we had. We order the chips and trio dips for appetizers which took another 10 minutes to get some chips and dips and the cheese dip was cold. Me and my husband got our food first and they didn’t bring napkins or silverware. He had to ask for ranch which he never got. Silverware finally came after about 5 minutes. One of my kids got his food when me and my husband were almost done eating. We had to call the waitress over again to ask for my other kids meal which she got when everyone was done eating. Had to flag down yet another waitress to get our check and they double charged us for one meal. No one ever asked how we were or if we needed anything. Any time we needed anything we had to call someone over to help us!
Went here, got seated, waited ten minutes while watching no less than 5 employees stand less than 10 feet from the table which was not clean when we got seated. The last time I went here about 6 months ago My husband and I ordered food, he got wings and I got naked tenders. My food was forgotten. It took 45 minutes after my husbands food came out to get mine. I would avoid this place only because of service.
My self and husband went here with 4 other co workers that we just spent a day in class with. All good… the men drink 3-4 large glasses of beer and a start out with an old fashion. Because there was to much bitters and pieces of orange pulp, not a good drink. So I ordered a double on ice. I get a shot with a glass full of ice. Okay whatever. I finished that one and ordered another. Got it, drank it. So being there 2 hours cutting up with co workers and eating lunch the guys ordered another round. When I ordered my next drink waitress took my order then 10 minutes later some dude comes to the table to tell me that I am cut off. Well come to find out from our waitress they served someone to much before and they got into an accident. So when a table/person orders more than three drinks they need to notify the manager. Okay….. so do they let you know this when you sit down, NO! And who is to tell you that 2 hours and having “4 shots” is to much. Between all 6 of us we spent more than $300. But we not my co workers will ever step foot back in there.
I had a very poor experience, I had to wait for 20 minutes after my family got there food before i even got mine. When we asked why they could not give us a straight answer. Our server was more focused on the bar and vary rarely when to check on our food. When we asked to speak to a manager she only gave us 50% off on my burger.
We were seated quickly, and got our drinks and appetizers quick as well. However, our server Brenda reference to receipt was not attentive to our table. Our food came out one thing at a time and did not create a great experience as a family lunch together. Once we were finished eating, we waited for awhile to get our bill for the lunch and had to ask a manager to be able to pay and leave. Not a good lunch for us today.
It's been a while since I ate here, decided to give it another chance and it will probably be a very long time before I try again. The food came out in under 5 minutes but it was very evident that it was sitting around all day in a warmer or something. Wings were very dry and the burger was not what we expected. Servers were still nice and we tipped but I won't be back for a long time.
