It's an experience but not worth coming back to. I came to get the Birthday bear you pay your age, but that's only for the bear.  The staff was great and friendly.  They let my littles stuff her bear.  She didn't want any clothes for the bear, but I liked that their was various options to choose from.  There are accessories too.  My child chose a football and a wand.  You got the chance to name your bear and print a certificate.  Be prepared to pay if you want a carrier for your bear.  Nice, but can get pricey if you're paying for more than one bear.

Today was my daughters 4th birthday and I took her to build a bear for her first time and store employee Becca was amazing. She went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special and was just so patient with her. Thanks Becca!

Our birthday girl visited with her friends and Gabby was so kind and wonderful. She really made our experience great and went above and beyond to help our little one have an amazing day! Thank you!!

If it's for kids, don't get mad when a toddler touches some things on display. My kid got so upset when told "no" by a stranger we had to leave the mall. If they are not your kids, don't talk to them. For a store that specializes in kids merchandise, you would think the staff would at least have some training to have a little patience and understanding with children. If you have a problem with them, talk to me, but you don't need to reprimand small children. That's not your job.

They have regular seasonal deals. For Easter there's an in-store egg hunt  pictures of eggs. Stickers for prize. Kids really enjoy helping to stuff their own bear, put heart in it, name it, dress it, pretend to bathe it and groom it. Wide selection for boys and girls.

Huge selection of stuffies and accessories to choose from. You can choose a smell to insert into your stuffy creation. The staff is friendly and makes the process magical as your creation comes to life.

Took the boy to get something for his birthday. The girl in there was sweet. She did a good job. This is a kids place so I won't make inappropriate jokes or remarks. But yeah the boy walked out with a birthday bear and I got to name a stuffed toy FUB so I guess we all had a good time.

Got there right when they opened with our two girls and the staff were so enthusiastic and patient. It was a great experience for our kids. Kind of a spendy stuffed animal but definitely one of their favorite toys now.

They are always so disorganized when we go. What should take 15mins ends up being an hour! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!

Place was really nice.  Each bear you build can be really unique.  Took one of my kids and had a fun time.  They really make it a memorable experience for the kids.  I really like the option to record your own voice for the bear sound effect, you can do some funny things with it.  They also have a heart beat option which is cool if you want it.  Plan to go again soon with all my kids.  I need to find some coupons first.
