Chick-fil-A Westfield Annapolis Mall

Have not been to this location but the delivery drivers for this location are insane. Anytime I see one they are changing lanes wildly or cutting someone off. Like chicken isn't worth killing people over.

terrible, went in today with no line and had to wait 20 min for 4 chicken strips, they didnt even bother to start cooking the chicken till i was standing there for at least 10 min. also the cost seems to be more than any other location ive ever been to. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone except people i hate, go to any other location if you actually want fast food and decent service

Chicken tenders are barely lukewarm, why stress that it’s mild if tenders only come in mild, bland. DisappointedFood: 2/5

I love chick-fil-a but this location is terrible. This is the only location to argue about modifying something simple due to an allergy. Also everytime I order I have to wait at least 15 minutes to get my food even if its the smallest order. Finally ontop of taking forever to get food ready, they tend to skip people to make the more recent orders priority as well as forgetting simple things in the order. I do not recommend this location if you want chick-fil-a, every other location ive been to has been amazing and this is the only one ive been to that is trash.

I had the most amazing experience with the GM and his team from this location today at work. The gentleman came into our bank today and happened to see that we were operating with only 2 people, our lunch we got from Chick Fil A was behind our stations spread out at 2:30 with not much eaten. He noticed the food was cold and the quality was not up to his standards, so he immediately called the store and had a team member bring over the two items. It may not seem like a huge deal, but to us it was the most amazing thing and this is why Chick Fil A sets the bar high when it comes to client service and food quality, which no other "fast food" restaurant can come even remotely close too. To me it was a true, unexpected blessing. Thank you all so very much and be proud for what you do for others!

Worst Chick-fil-A. They messed up my order. Then they refused to refund my money claiming that the corporate office only allows refunds using the Chick-fil-A app which I don’t use. Additionally this option would only work if I used the app when making the purchase. They offered me to come back to the store to get the food I didn’t get but said I had to do it within a week. No options for refund. This is not the experience I’m used to at Chick-fil-A. Extremely disappointing.

Once in a great while I crave #1 with an incredibly large icetea/ Lemonade mix. Takes care of my fast food craving for a while.Food: 4/5

Great service. I redeemed a free sandwich with ease after doing a survey and ordered another meal of grilled chicken with fries and drink.. still thirsty after finishing my meal so I requested for a refill of my drink and was gladly filled. Foods was fresh and delicious as always. Thank you for a wonderful service.

They have grill chicken since I cannot do fry foods.Food: 4/5
