Very rude and unpleasant experience. The store attendants are super rude. May be its because of your ethnicity. Being brown sometime does not help. This is second Burberry store in Florida I had similar experience. For some reason they always have asian as store attendants and the attitudes are if you are not buying don't waste my time.
Quality is subpar as well as customer service. Sale associates aren't knowledgeable in regards to services provided by the brand. If you are going to spend the investment best to stick to a brand that doesn't have an outlet.
i love this outlet, prices are great, the store is always clean and the staff is amazing, especially Ben, he always takes care of me and helps me with everything I need, ask for him next time you visit them.
Waited outside In line for over 20 minutes, I understand the reason behind it, but this time it was clearly for lack of employees. I went to the Gucci store who also had a line to go in, but it was attended to and moved rather quick. Purchased a shoes, a built and a wallet. Your loss
I came in to exchange an item . The “manager” who refused to tell me his name was so rude. A tall black bald guy. Found his name btw it’s CEDRIC. He has absolutely no clue on how to treat customers. He gave me a hard time about the exchange and honestly I don’t care to shop at this location again. Great items but horrible management. They need to do better. I was a longtime customer but honestly this store has gone completely downhill within the past few years. It’s really frustrating. Please find better management.
Over and above for customer service. My salesperson was Adelaida and she was lovely and helpful, not pushy at all. They went above and beyond to find the correct size for my son. Burberry as a brand continues to keep standards top notch. A classy shopping experience.
Customer svr is horrible, security guard has no clue how to do or what his job is.
Burberry Outlet at Sawgrass is a A place you must visit when in South Florida, Fort Lauderdale area. I purchased a Rabin blue jacket, black trench coat & gorgeous pair of silk pants all for Half the price of regular Burberry pricing. Michelle, my sales associate, was incredibly helpful & super sweet! She even tracked down a limited edition bag for me from another store & had it shipped for free! I highly recommend that you pack an extra suitcase to bring home all your amazing purchases!.
Make you stand outside while the store remains empty in a Friday morning. I guess the staff is not concerned about making sales. I left.
Staff was okay, but the manager on duty in Dec 21 evening a black person who did not want to identify himself was terrible. A few customers including me made complaints to him about the long wait in the line and that they only let people out but not in for 30 minutes. He used COVID and customers’ safety as executes and said other store were doing the same. This is simply a lie, other store would let customers in right after other customers out instead of holding the line for 30 mins without letting in new customers. When asked about why he let more people in the store earlier if they had to let a dozen customers out to reduce the number to a safe level, he could not care less about customers’ feedback and said arrogantly that he heard what we said what are we expecting him to reply. I then told him that if I was the only customer complaining then it might be my problem but since the other customers also felt the same way and complained to him, then they should rethink their approach and service. Not surprised, he repeated what he said and I felt it was a waste of time and then left the store immediately. I have been to Burberry stores boutiques and outlets in many places and countries, this is the most incompetent manager that I have ever seen, the way how he handled questions, communicated with customers and took feedback. It’s a shame that a brand like Burberry hired a person like him as the manager, it certainly deserves someone better.
