I wish I could give zero stars!! I do not eat Burger King I do not like it. However my husband likes it. So he went there tonight; while there no employees were in dress code! The only one in dress code was a nice young man I believe to be named Jeremy. Black shirt and ripped jeans; or black shirt and sweat pants; not to mentation one girl was wearing a hair cap for the shower!! What dress code is that. Not to mention one girl is wearing Nike FLIP FLOPS no socks and one was half wearing their shoes. Then we get to the food; my husband orders a bacon king meal and I got just a drink. He ask for no mayo due to his allergies. We get our cups no ice in the machine; and 60% of the sodas were out; no lids for large cups. And the lobby area a disaster not cleanned! As we are waiting for our food one employee was leaning over the counter and just talking with the others not being professional at all. When we get our food and to the car he checks his sandwich there is mayo on the sandwich. When we asked for them to remake it we got told mayo doesn’t come on the sandwich. And they tried to argue with us about how mayo doesn’t come on sandwich if mayo doesn’t come on it why would we ask for no mayo then!! When he got his fresh food we went back to the car and we were watched as he checked the food!! Very disappointed and disgusted with the visit.
So glad this is what no pickles and onions means. God forbid someone has allergies to either. This place has done hit bottom it seems.Food: 1/5
Absolutely horrible experience at this Middleburg location. The guy working the window/drive thru was extremely rude and even told me he can do whatever he wants that there's only two of them working and he can't get fired. If that's the case, the owner should just close this location until they can staff it correctly. The guy working was obviously hot headed and a danger to have in a customer service environment!!!! I was there at approximately 2:50pm Thursday June 29th
Yal definitely get zero stars. The boy with the long dreads. I think his name is rob. Anyways if you had some business to tend to on your phone. You should have waited instead of having the man on speaker phone and trying to take my order. Bc I told you 5 times what I wanted. And you still couldn't comprehend. All Bc you were on the your phone
OMG I said that I gave up on BK! Never say never today was a “ok, let’s do it” mood. It was fantastic! Fries were done and not greasy. Husband said his whopper had fresh lettuce. I got one of the spicy king chicken!! Wow on the sauce btw. And spread throughout the sandwich! The fresh lettuce and tomato was a surprise! Thumbs up to your new crew!! Fandamtastic!
Okay I usually don't give only one star. This is the third time I've been here and either food was not good or they messed up my order. You would think for a new establishment that they would take a little bit more pride in what they do. If I'm going to spend $7 on a sandwich I would expect it to be a decent sandwich and not greasy.
Love this place cause I can have it my way and unlike "The Golden Arches" Imbirger king always has ice cream and shake always on deck because there's never anything wrong with their ice cream machine Kid-friendliness: Kids meals they still love Parking: Plethora of spots Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance as well as bathrooms and seating
As usual the service sucks and the order is always wrong. How can you screw up 3 chicken sandwichs with cheese only smothered with all the junk that grandkids won't eat? This place gets worse and worse. Never again.
Food is not hot, wait is long, staff doesn't know equipment, order was wrong, under staffed and food area not the cleanest. I paid $1.00 for bacon and I got half a strip, cheese wasn't on the burger, onion rings were not fresh. Robert I believe was his name has dreads really good I would even go as far as saying great employee. Outside of Robert this experience was horrible and I will think long and hard before coming back to this location. Money poorly spent
It’s BK, man. Sometimes the store knows how to maintain their flame broilers and other times they don’t. This one is ok. They do a good job on most of the food. Inside is clean and I’m sure BK corporate would be proud.Recommended dishesChicken Sandwich, Whopper, Fries
