"Deliciously impressive" are the best two words to describe that place. The kitchen is extremely clean, the men's bathroom was in meticulous order, and the staff was friendly.
My biggest and only complaint is price, and that’s no fault of theirs- it’s the higher ups. We stopped in for two meals, and it cost us $20. 3 piece tenders with fries and drink. 2 legs with coleslaw and drink. The food was fresh, and tasty. Better than our last couple visits not at this location. The drive through attendant pleasant. We did have to wait a minute or two. I’m guessing they keep stay to a minimum.
I usually don't 5 stars but this location has really improved over the last year. Food has been hot and not old like previously. Staff is even better. Whatever y'all fixed here KEEP IT THAT WAY! Great service will keep returning customers.
Pulled in for lunch. Employee standing outside got upset i was there apparently and mumbled loud enough for me to hear "i guess ill never get to make this phone call." I ordered a five piece, paid for it, got a 3 piece instead and the hot sauce was just dumped on the middle of each chicken strip. Nothing like how the picture on the menu looked. Everything was dirty. Every single counter was covered in syrup and trash. Place is a massive health code violation. Not worth the money or time.
This was the worse service I have ever received! I ordered online to pick up at 11:45. I had company from Pa. visiting and had a small reunion planned. When I came to get my food, it wasn't prepared. Waited an hour to get my food! My order was prepaid and evidently the staff never received it. They lost my business, and the chicken was dripping with grease, and they forgot several items on my order. I have never been so stressed like this before! This establishment in Middleburg Florida should not be in business! One more thing most of the staff can't even speak English much less understand it!
Hello fellow explorers. We all get the cravings for fast food. And when you do I like KFC. It's fast food it's chicken and is very hard to disappoint. They do a good job they do it quickly and it's a fan favorite.Food: 5/5
I’ve had problems with my last three visits. They have the same guy working drive-thru who doesn’t speak English very well and also seems to have a hard time understanding it which makes placing and getting an order correct very challenging. Side items are also barely filled so don’t be surprised to open a container and find it only half filled. UPDATE: changed my rating based on my more recent positive experiences.
Food was good. Very quick service no wait time for food. Very clean restaurant. The only issue I had is I barley could understand the cashier.
Update its been two years since last visit and things have NOT changed. If I was Not on way out town I would return grease food. Now I know why so many napkings in bag, To sop up grease. So do yours a favor and drive another mile to Popeyes , zaxbys, heck Hardees . It was not edible. SMH......... Not one of my favorite places by far. The food is very greasy and it's like they don't care what they're doing as far as the quality of the customer service. They need to realize how they do things or they're going to be in trouble with Popeyes coming to Middleburg.
THEY DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GRILLED CHICKEN AND THEY DO NOT SERVE GREEN BEANS. Just in case anyone tries to look at the online menu before coming. Also, dude working 11/6/22 at 5:45 needs some customer service training, damn drill sergeant in the window with not a person in the line
