DO NOT go to this location. They rip off seniors. My parents ordered and paid for 2 King burgers and they gave them 2 small cheeseburgers instead. What is worse is my mother who is 70 years old went back and told them they made a mistake and the worker there insisted these were King burgers. The wrappers even day cheeseburgers. I've had these burgers many times before and these are NOT King burgers. Do not support a company that preys on the elderly.
Today is 2/28/23 and this bk is still closing the lobby, they say it’s due to staff shortages so you can order through the drive thru. Unfortunately the guys who drive big trucks for work like me can’t fit in the drive thru nor walk thru the drive through to order. Before I wrote this review I tried to be understanding but it’s 2023 this has been a problem for truck drivers for awhile. When there could be a better alternative than closing the lobby. McDonald’s would never do that, instead they would only have you order from a kiosk in the lobby. So I guess the answer to this problem would be invest in better technology so we can all eat when you’re short staffed.
Normally I don't have any issues with the location but tonight definitely not happy. Took the girl taking the order five times to get the order and make it right. Then the cheeseburgers were greasy and the wrapping paper was greasy and the marker was smearing. The cheeseburgers were not very warm either. The chicken nuggets were tolerable. At least the French fries were fresh. This was a drive through order.
The crew here are always very sweet and prompt. It's unfortunate that the owner hasn't taken the time to replace the window that fell out a year ago now that's its cold outside again.
Did the druve thru. Very friendly staff. Food was made fresh.Food: 5/5
Friendly service. No ice. Coke was flat. Food not really warm. Fries not crispy.
Whoppers were cold no onion no mustard one slice of pickle.chocolate shake was the consistent was like milk did not have lid that was not closers in, fries were cold and to much salt. I will never go back!!! I am calling national headquarters on Monday!! My dogs eat better food
The whopper still tastes the same as it did when in was 12. Still a little upset that they changed their fries a few years back "because they are more healthy" Kinda like when pizza hut changed their dough and left out the signature pizza hut flavor but I digress... They did in fact have cheap cardboard crowns at the ready... Doesn't make up for the fries tho...
Stopped here for lunch on our way northward. Spotless dining room, friendly staff, surprisingly delicious bacon on the Bacon King normally I find fast food bacon very meh, but this was noticeably tasty. Restrooms were clean enough little water on the toilet seat to wipe up, no big deal.
this place gets no stars from me. I spent 15.00 dollars on a meal and they want to charge me for 1 ranch sauce for dipping my onion rings. the service was slow, what happen to a dipping sauce for your fries or rings. do you get Ketchup for your fries if so then why couldn't I get 1 sauce for my onion rings. to the Hamburger; the meet is dry, the bun is falling apart because it isn't toasted. there is so many jalapenos on the Burger that they are falling off before I even bite in to it. 1 slice of cheese for 2 meet patties. What happen to providing food with some costumer service. most of these places are FAST FOOD I get it, but part of costumer service is the food we get. over all this is happening every where you these day. costumer service has gone to the dogs. We need to stand up and force the issue. This is one of many places I will never return. I can go across the street to subway and get a better sandwich, service, and its cheaper.
