While we were there my 8 yr old granddaughter had to go to bathroom so her mom took her. While they were waiting for an empty stall the person came out and before my granddaughter could get in stall a very rude and disrespectful woman jumped in front of them and said my granddaughter could wait because the woman had to go worse than my granddaughter. If a woman reads this has has an ugly rainbow had, yes you know who you are, you need to go back to your parents and have them teach you manners and respect for others. Then you need to start going to a good bible based church.
Came in on 22 August 2023 and went inside to grab a quick bite to eat. No customers in drive thru, no customers inside. Suppose this is indicative of the business model in the Bonifay BK. Waited for 5 minutes and the only employee a young, unkempt individual walked off to the back and then came back without saying a word to us. We walked out. Not one hello, good afternoon, go screw yourself, nothing. Completely ignored. I suppose this is why Burger King is going out of business - without the customer, you don't have a business and we definitely won't be coming back to our own towns BK.
Coming from out of town food wasn't hot,it was warm customer service could be better.And most of all the dining area could use some cleaning.Will not return to this location.Food: 1/5
New to the menu crispy children wraps , got shorted the tomatoes. Come on now. Minimum effort same lousy result.
I asked for a fish sandwich with onion added and an original chicken. The fish was like cardboard dried out, like toast and the lettuce was wilted. I can't even eat it. The chicken was anything but fresh. The bread is soggy, and the lettuce is wilted badly. I have bought burgers, always cold. So, I thought I would try something else. Geeeez!
Half of our order wasn't given to us, and we had to ask for the forgotten items one at a time and keep going back to the counter. The food was decent. Every table had crumbs, grease, or sauce smeared on it. The coke freestyle machine was out of 5 drink options. A little pride in a job well done would go a long way here.
This is by far the worse I’ve been to. Kept forgetting my kids drinks then I had to go in 3 times to finally get my OCS made correctly. Definitely not the place to stop if your on your way home from the beach. Atleast their fries was hot and salty ‍
I'm one of the few people left on this earth that loves Burger King. It pains me to write this review. I ordered the Italian chicken sandwich and it was dry and flavorless. Sorry disappointing as I had ordered this same sandwich from another location and it was pretty good. Good enough to order again anyway. Not great from here though. Also while waiting for my order I tried to use the restroom. I had been driving non stop for the last 9 hours and needed to use their facilities. Nope. I was told the bathrooms were closed. It was 9:30 pm. Not even close to closed for the night but as a paying customer I couldn't use the restroom. All I can say is do better. I'm glad this location is hundreds of miles away as I'll never need to go back there again.
My daughter and I went through the drive through and Ashlynn s was very kind and respectful. She has an outgoing personality so much so that my 10 year old daughter complimented her. They had us pull forward to wait for our food and the manager had it out to us in less than 3 minutes. He was also very nice. It’s very rare that you see this in fast food anymore.
Hot food, fast and friendly service, clean lobby and rest rooms. What else can a consumer ask for? Way to goFood: 5/5
