The cashier was nice . The fires were fresh and hot because he had them fix a fresh batch for me . I got the regular cheeseburger with extra ketchup and extra onions, no pickles or or mustard. All was correct except for the the no extra ketchup . I clearly explain to them I want so much ketchup that it oozes out of the burger very few places will do this .
The girl at the drive through dropped my order out of the window. She was trying to hand out a ton of food flat on her hand and the weight shifted on her. She didn’t say anything and just left to the back. I saw her through the window having a full melt down. Another girl came to the window and asked me to pull forward. The girl who dropped my food came out steaming mad, I told her I had 3 drinks I still needed. She came back out with the drinks still steaming mad. The look she was giving me was pure hatred. I didn’t do anything wrong or say anything out of the way to her. I’ve worked in the public food industry. I know it can get overwhelming but you have to keep your composure. The food was good at least
It has lots of room dividers blocking a clear view inside. Very strange. I didn't want to sit inside. No-one stands at the register!!! You order off a touch screen that is not kept clean.
Every table was dirty and nasty. Floor was dirty with food particles everywhere. Very unclean. Service? What service? It's almost like they wait to see if you'll use the ordering pods before they even come to the counter to take your order. Food was less than desirable. After returning the wrong burger to the counter I got a 1/4 pounder that was barely even warm and the bun was hard. We try to avoid McDonald's all together but decided to risk it. We regret it sincerely. What ever happened to management that actually did their job in making sure nobody is standing around doing nothing? I'll tell you. Lazy manager. Lazy workers. Pathetic place I must say. Go to Hardee's across the street. Fresh and hot food every single time.
This place is GROSS, it smells like an old dog kennel and the bathrooms have pee all over the floors. There’s trash everywhere and dead bugs above the tables where you eat….with.
If this is the Bonifay site, let me say they are super clean and the staff is great! I have never been in a MD that brought out hot meals not lukewarm, staff went over and beyond to help my family and my best friends family that had all together 4 kids.
Terrible Customer Service! After picking up several youth from an activity, they were hungry and wanted McDonalds. We pulled up to the second lane and was asked to wait. Understandable, the second lane is merely for decoration anyway. We all know that McDonalds will only take your order one at a time. After 5 minutes I asked if I could order and still I was told to wait. After 17 minutes total they came on ready to take the order. As I process to tell the woman my order she kept interrupting saying “is that it”. And I’m like, do you even want to know what we would like to drink? So after rudely being rushed through I ask when it’s time to pay “hey did you have to rudely rush me through the order? I waited 17 minutes to order at least you could’ve allowed me a few minutes to tell you my order without the constant interruptions”. Was her attitude improved when I said that, NOPE; it got much worse! Thank Heavens we were only passing through Bonifay because this is just unacceptable.
I was hungry and looking for something quick to eat… McDonald’s right? Wrong! This location’s page on google and McDonald’s official website says open until 12am. I arrived before 9:30pm and found the lobby doors were already locked… but a handwritten sign that said “drive thru only”. There were many employees sitting outside at the picnic tables doing absolutely nothing-so the location was by no means short staffed… but anyway… I go back to my car and attempt to go through the “Drive thru” as the sign instructs only to be told through the intercom “I’m sorry but unfortunately sir, we close in 2 minutes.” So making a long story as short as possible… this location IS NOT the place to go if you are looking to grab a bite to eat after 9pm
This girl working on Friday 16th at 9:20 with a star head band and looked like white hair with the sweetest smile and THE BEST costumer service she was so sweet!!! working in 2nd drive thru window!!
I just ate there this morning, it is one of the best McDonald's I have been to in a long time. The service was great and the workers were really nice, and the food was amazing. It also had a modern eco friendly vibe which made the experience just that much better. Would highly recommend going if you're in the area.
