I would just like to say how amazed I am with Burger King right now. Last night I went there and I ordered and first of all, the line at the speaker moved so fast! I was like wow. Next the guy taking my card said I ruled? When did that become a thing , I don’t know but I loved it. The people taking my order and talking to me about were all so sweet! They got my order out in like 2 seconds, when I say Burger King is amazing now I mean that. I know a year ago I came to Burger King and it took like 30 minutes for a single combo but this order was sooo fast and I’m very proud of bk for that.
I usually stop in a couple of times a week when I’m tired and don’t feel like cooking. Tonight I stopped in for a couple of burgers and fries. I got home to an order that wasn’t correct. My wife’s burger had ketchup, that we specifically ordered without. When I ordered at the drive thru, it came up incorrect and I again asked for them to correct it at the window. My burger had enough Mayo to choke an elephant. I called to complain. Management informed me that if I showed them my bank app transaction on my phone they didn’t give me a receipt they would remake my order. Another 10 minute drive back to the store, I now have two burgers that are mostly correct while my cold fries are sitting at home and my drink is now watered down. I’ve tried to continue to be supportive of this location while they dealt with staffing issues, but no more. I won’t be back. Y’all had the chance to make things right, and you failed. Have it your way? Not bloody likely. You rule? Obviously not.
This is the nastiest location I’ve been to. The workers don’t talk to the customers waited 15min for them to take my order another 20min to get our food 3 people that ordered after us was served before us. By far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve have ever ate at or should I say slow food.
The nights that Cody is working the food is hot and fresh. He always has a great attitude, reads the order back to you so you can be sure you're getting what you ordered. Don't come if Pedro is working. Call in advance and if someone answers thanks for calling bobs burgers don't go!!!Food: 5/5
Every single time we go there, they ALWAYS forget something. Never fails. Whether we use DoorDash, drive-through or go in, they never complete our order. I would stop going all together if it wasn’t one of the only things my autistic child will eat and don’t you dare go at night, all it is is teenage kids in there playing and goofing off and making fun of every customer that comes through the drive thru. They need to do better because it’s getting ridiculous! Not to mention, the time they left the store unlocked because all of the workers dipped. Shows how responsible the workers are.
i usually don’t have issues but tonight i did. A girl with blonde highlights was so rude i asked for sauce and she threw it on my tray! she had an attitude. then this other girl with lightish brown hair and gold chain was extremely rude i went back up there to get a straw cause their wasn’t any and she was like “ what you want” like dude !? if you don’t like your job DONT WORK simple !!! instead of having a attitude!! then she kept putting her fingers in her mouth and touch the food. DO BETTER WHO YALL HIRE like foreal.
i got fries on my lunch break and by golly they were indeed fries. but tell me why i got back to my car after work and it smelled like poopy. how do these little inconsequential potato sticks cause an entire car to smell of doo doo?Food: 3/5
By far the slowest fast food restaurant in the history of fast food. In line for 35 minutes.
Placed a call in order earlier today. I was told it would be taken care of and ready at my time of pick up. Arrived at the store and waited in line 25 minutes. Asked about my order and it was not even started past pick time at this point. Very unhappy with my service today.Service: 1/5
Idk what y’all yapping about…. BK food is good service is good place is nice and clean. Food: 5/5
