Went to BK at 930 on Sunday evening. We ordered a BK King and BK Fish for the 2/12 special. The fish needed to be without lettuce because of allergies. When the food came, the burger came without lettuce but the fish had lettuce. Buns were stale, burgers not even lukewarm . For drinks we ordered a coke and a coke zero soda . One tasted like soda water w/no flavoring, the other like flavoring without soda. Each container of fries had roughly 7 stale, cold fries . The fries themselves had no salt but never fear, some BK employee figured out how to fix it see picture. Honestly this was horrible, a complete waste of time to get there and the money for the food.
A well lit and clean restaurant, with usually friendly staff. On a busy Monday, I had the pleasure of being waited on by a jovial and energetic gentleman named Wensell. He smiled and engaged in small talk, while quickly and accurately ringing me up and ensuring that I had everything I wanted. My delicious food was ready quite quickly, and I just had to devour it. I will definitely return. Best burgers in the area.
Jim's whopper was burnt. His chocolate shake looked and tasted like vanilla. Everything was just thrown on my junior whopper. As soon as I picked it up with both hands every thing still just slid off.

My last THREE doordash orders have been incorrect. I haven’t gotten my fries for the last 3 orders. They didn’t send the kids milk.

Normally the food is slightly better then average. There's been once or twice they've forgotten something on me. It seems like the employee turnaround is bad in there though and people don't enjoy being there because they're definitely not as friendly as they are at the Keyser McDonalds and that's about the ONLY advantage McDonald's has on them. Vegetarian options: The "Impossible" Whopper, the different sides without meat, etc. Kid-friendliness: Kids always love Burger King and McDonald's lol Parking: Plenty of spots because unfortunately for them they don't seem like a popular spot as far as the dine in goes. Majority of the time when I drive by parking lot it's fairly empty Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to move around inside and move chairs to park your wheelchair to eat inside as well.
If you have to wait on something, the lady working the window asks you to break the law by having you pull into a handicap parking spot. Parking: Should be some parking places designated for waiting on items. Possible poor management!
