This place is horrible. Food was have way done, they gave me a corn bread instead of a biscuit like I ordered and they got a couple whole order messed up. First experience here was awful. They need a whole new team of employees because customer service was off and I don’t give bad reviews but this was awfulllllll!!!!!!!!!
Very dirty establishment. I found a roach in my chicken. Staff is awful. Not one of them are friendly and they are too busy gossiping upon one another on their work headset. I felt uncomfortable with the remarks I’ve overheard. So uncomfortable, I decided to not even go in to ask for a refund. I feel like this is a “hood KFC” in the middle of Scranton.
I waiting 25 minutes for my order, not busy all. The workers are very slow. And the manager wasn’t helping either.. and part of my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. This place has really went down hill.. used to be AMAZING. Now just sucks.
I went inside the restaurant and ordered the managers special $2.00 and a small mashed potato$3.69. While the cashier was getting my order a womanwho I learned is the manager told her no. The cashier comes back and the food that was $6+ is now $15+. I requested to speak with the manager who then advised they only do it after 6pm false I've ordered it before 6pm along with other members of my family. I wasn't going to argue over chicken so I then said I ordered the 3 piece meal $10. I told her I'd take the breast and wings as it shows all pieces of chicken in the photo. She then tells me she will have to upcharge me. At this point I felt like she was giving me a hard time on top of her attitude and customer service being poor from the beginning. So I told her I didn't know why she was trying to give me a hard time and requested her first name she refused, last name she refused, DM or GM's info she refused, phoje number for customer complaints and you guessed it, she refused. I requested the store number since she was refusing to provide any identifying information and she didn't provide that either another kind male employee offered it to me. This is NOT the first time I've had a poor experience but at this point I'm reporting it bc something needs to be done. She's exudes and puts off negative energy, displays poor customer service and is very off-putting. Reading these reviews confirms I'm not the only person she's treated poorly. I'm done with KFC.
I ordered a 20$ fill up box and they don't put in the nuggets...like your job isn't hard. This is why they'll never advance anywhere else. You guys suck.Food: 3/5
So I come in here for the third time. The first two times the men that worked cashier were amazing and courteous. Unfortunately the women here are the worse. Miserable u can see it on their faces. So I'm standing there waited 10min and still zero acknowledgement. They were too busy taking drive thru orders and online orders. Love how the lazy people are treated like royalty and the people that actually come to your location are ignored and these two broads were literally eyeing each other like yea no I don't feel like taking there order. Like the fact that you told her you can either take there order or do this online order. Instead of saying hey they've been waiting here for a while take there order. I WALKED RIGHT THE HELL OUT. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. AND MIND YOU WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE. BETTER OFF GOING TO CLARKS SUMMIT OLDER CIVILIZED GROUP OF PEOPLE THTA ACTUALLY DO THERE JOB. TOOK LIKE 7MIN FROM THIS LOCATION AND A TOTAL OF 5MIN TO ORDER AND GET OUT FOOD.

The last time I went there I got mash potatoes and the were spoiled. I went there for Mother's Day and the food was amazing. But this time not so much.Food: 3/5
Just pick up the Mac and cheese bowl and have to say I will never order them again it was not even a half of a bowl and maybe 2 pieces of chicken same with the famous bowl wasn't even enough for a small child
