I usually won't leave reviews for food chain restaurants but this location has been serving the best Whopper!!! I have been coming to this location more than 10 years whenever I crave for a juicy Whopper. I have never received bad food or service even once. But I think the fries comes with the meal is pretty small!! The restaurant was pretty clean today, the cashier helped right away, she could have use a little smile for my opinion.
I haven't eaten at a burger King in years!!! Years!!! I say about 10?? Well this location has a play area that my little guy saw from the window. We came in about 8pm. You would think because they are at a busy intersection they would be busier but guess not. Place was empty. Cashier was friendly. Lobby was super clean and they had all over for the kids. I thought that was cool. Food was warm, fries looked old but warm. Overall experience... It was alright. Might be back for the play area.
HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN?! Poor service and the people in the drive thru use the N word far more than necessary. 2 or 3 times maybe? But 31? And you didn't give me a drink. You said you did but you could see my center counsel and see you didn't. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOULS. Vegetarian options: Nothing here is meat anyways so go nuts Californians. Dietary restrictions: I'd restrict your diet to exclude food served here. Parking: Parking lot smelled of pee and lilac and fried chicken. I was confused. Kid-friendliness: They punched my ugly child in the forehead. Which while funny, was inappropriate. Wheelchair accessibility: They tip the wheelchaired land lubbers.
You can still 'Have it your way' at Burger King!! We prefer the one at 52 and 59 in Shorewood HAS AN INDOOR PLAY AREA or the one by the mall...the manager is very friendly and willing to offer specially made items and substitutions. Burger King coupons are making a big difference in the pocketbook when feeding the family as well as singles.
What you get for a large fry here. They also do not put salt on their fries... And they close their ice cream machine before 8pm. With prices rising, you should at least get what you paid for!
This place is Horrible. Went 2 weeks ago, drive thru. Guy was acting like a straight up Gangster. Paid with card. Took long time for transaction? He grabbed my card quickly, then turned his back towards the window. A girl comes in and looks as if they are talking. Just for a minute? I thought it was very odd. Food was cold fries were horrible. Later that night I had a phone/ web transaction on my card for $120 !! Which I did not order. Seems the new scam is taking a picture of the front and back of card so they get the 3 digit number on back. Then they buy online items it’s happening in a lot of states. The next day I went to Shorewood Police, the officer told me I can not File a report in Shorewood due to I live in Plainfield? What the hell is that? I would never go back there! Crooks I tell you.. If could put a negative star I would.
This store has been bad for a very long time which is why I stopped going as often. I go maybe once a year now and only bc not many places stay open past 10 by me. I stopped by at like 10 pm I believe it was on 8/29/23. It started off bad with the guy taking the order being extremely rude from the start. It is unreal the attitude this guy had and it's like this everytime I do stop by. But tonight was hands down the worse. Then I pull up to the window and just as a FYI I am friendly person so im always saying please amd thank you. So I go to the window and he opens the window doesn't tell me a price at all and has just such an attitude like he did om the speaker I hand my payment and say thank you and get ignored he then shoves the card and bag of food towards me which I still say thank you again and I get ignored once again as he slams the window. I was polite and friendly from the start amd got treated horribly and given attitude the whole time and then after all that the food was ice cold and tasted so nasty I had to throw it out a complete was of my money amd time the only reason they got 1 star is bc thats the only way I was able to write the review
If I could give a zero I would, i never do reviews unless I give good feedback.. not only did I wait 15-20 mins in the drive thru with no cars behind me or in front the one that was left I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were working short staffed .I counted 6 employees nonetheless the kid opens the window and mumbles my total, wants my card, doesn’t give me my drink or a receipt…. After 15-20 mins of waiting he opens the window and is rushing bags into my hands and one falls on the ground.. as I’m asking for condiments I have to tell him he’s going to have to replace the food he dropped and I’d like my drink too… this whole encounter this kid didn’t say two words to me besides mumbling my total in the beginning..And to top all that off he gave me the wrong food … I’d love to say the wait meant fresh food but none of the food was fresh to merit the long wait. Please take more time to train your employees!

This BK is the best I’ve ever been to. Clean, colorful and food was so fresh, it’s unbelievable!!
