Fast like its suppose to be. Food is always fresh. Been to other burger kings where the food absolutely sucks but this Burger King is always on point day or night friendly staff. Unlike the rude people at McDonald's down the streetFood: 4/5
This is my favorite Burger King. I’ve been coming here for years since I was a little kid. The service is good and the food is delicious. The employees work really hard especially when they’re short handed.
Had the worst service! I was timing how long it took them to get my order on drive thru, I waited 5min for them to tak my order and when i was done with that i waited 10 min in line, when I go to the window waited 5min for me to pay and 8min forme to get my order. I thought the we're busy inside but there was nobody in the front counter manager was there not doing nothing emplyees too. But this is the worst part drive thru wasn't even busy there we're 2 car behind me. What going on in this burger king why are the emplyees so slow, manager doesn't even say something to them she there talking corp. has to do something or they going to end up closing this burger king like that did to the one on 147th and cicero.
I asked for hot sauce for my breakfast burrito. I clarified that I was looking for those little packets of hot sauce? You know, that every other BK in the world has? Yeah, they’ve never heard of them. I also ordered a large meal and they gave me a medium. And yes, drive through is very slow. Good thing I don’t live around here. Added note: it’s 9/25am and their tatertots are old, cold, and stale. So…yeah.
You will wait forever to place an order. None of the soda options worked and i mean NONE OF THEM, They had like 8-10 all not working. Once i got my food, They cooked the chicken sandwich in the microwave and the fries were still raw in the middle. I tossed everything in the garbage after one bite. I see why all the BK's are closing down.
The service was trash!!!! The drive thru attendant was rude!!! She rushed my order like she had somewhere to go. I requested my whopper off the broiler and to be cut in half. When I informed her my sandwich was NOT cut, she offered me a plastic knife and told me to do it myself.Food: 4/5
These people complaining are just liars. I'm here all the time and they are just fine with service. My burgers are always nice and plump. Not smashed like other locations and the staff is low but they are very polite. People are just impatient nowadays
We did NOT even get to place our drive-thru order. The young man taking orders was trying to do his job all the while a woman was yelling in the background DO NOT TAKE ANYMORE ORDERS - WE HAVE TOO MANY ORDERS!!! I've NEVER heard a place of business say we have too many orders do t except anymore! I hope corporate sees these reviews. We will never visit his burger king again. Also, let me add that we were being kind to the young man, and we waited 20 minutes for him to be able to even take the order, and the woman, in the background, just kept yelling not to take anymore orders. If I could give this store a negative star, I would.
I can't speak to the quality of the food because I never got mine. I waited almost 30 minutes in thir drive thru before driving away, hungrier and angry.Service: 1/5
No all drinks available no ketchup. No bacon . This wasn't the first time I came to this BK and they told me they ran out of some items. Is always dead, not even sure how they make a profit at this location.
