I ordered 2 burgers and got 1! It wasn't even one of the burgers I ordered. The food is cold and I waited 15 min at the drive thru. Poor service.. not worth the wait. Take the time to drive to another Checkers or McDs right across the street. Save your money & more importantly ur time!!

The food is only average and served warm. Service was however excellent.

While the crew that work here are very friendly and nice, the register is always out of order. 3 out of 5 times I come here I cannot place an order because the equipment doesn't work properly. There is always some sort of  issue. I do love the food when I am able to get it. It is always hot and fresh.

My experience with this checkers wasn't the best. Don't get me wrong, the manager and staff was great.  I ordered 8 burgers. Each had tough bread. They were not fresh buns. You know that good flavor Checkers are known for.  I was just to far to go back and complain.  So I choked mine down with a diet coke.

My daughter loves checkers fries . We always used to come here because it never had long lines and it’s close to home . One night we came because my daughter wanted some fries , The guy took a while to answer the headset , once he did he said he couldn’t help us at the moment . We were confused and asked why ? And then he proceeded to tell us he was taking a number 2 . We drove off and haven’t been there ever since. This place is horrible with customer service .

My husband and I came to this Checkers just to get something quick and light before we started grocery shopping. We had chose this restaurant over Taco Bell because we love the fries. As we came through the drive through, it took one of the team members awhile to take our order. It wasn’t a problem even though no one said we’ll be right with you. Once one of the team members came on the speaker she was slightly rude and dry. We had to repeat parts of our order several times and I’m not sure if she couldn’t hear us or not but another team member didn’t mute her headset and she had the nerve to laugh as we were trying to make sure they could hear us and repeat the order back correctly. We would’ve just left the line if weren’t boxed in. Once we got to the window we kept on driving. We were not going to give this franchise our money and the car behind us kept driving as well. We went to Taco Bell down the street and received excellent service.

Terrible checkers. You get a bigger serving of attitude from the workers than the fries you get with your meal. Plus it's been over 6 months and the ice cream machine still doesn't work but yet I can order ice cream on the app and get charged but I never receive it. The worst part is the restaurant is plastered with signs for strawberry ice cream cone swirl and cheesecake sundaes. This place is insulting. Don't even bother!

The burgers, while good, are small. This my first time in many years going to checkers and i thought the burgers were bigger. Fries are still delicious. The 2 ladies were nice.

This place is a rip-off. Their sign says new lower prices and  the combo I ordered was $6.99 but I was charged $8.46. When I questioned the cost I was told the system automatically charges for a medium combo & you have to tell them you want the small combo. I  was offered a free hot apple pie to make up for it. The drink was warm, no ice at all, food was lukewarm, had to reheat it when I got home. I won't be back.

Opening week the employees greeted you and said goodbye. Now a month later employees will good around when there’s customers waiting to order. Food was great now isn’t very good at all. Bacon was literally 70% fat and the meat wasn’t as tasty as it was the first day. Mind you it was not busy when I went in recently still waited over 10 minutes for my food, a simple roadhouse burger.  Been here multiple times over the past month but now I’ll stick to taco bell and even the McDonald’s across the street. Lost a good consistent customer
