Every single time we order the burgers are anywhere from room temperature to cold. I specifically ask for a well done, extra hot burger. When I return it I get another one the same way. It totally sucks. I hate cold food that is supposed to be hot. I'm going to stop going there. I spend a lot on my grandkids. I guess I will spend it somewhere else where the employees actually listen and perform excellent customer service. I used to think Burger King was the best fast food but not anymore. Kid-friendliness: I think I said enough. The entire experience was aggravating and frustrating. If I wanted to cook after a long work day I would have.
I understand that young people need jobs, but properly train them! When trying to order there were three younger worker in the window goofing of and I have to repeat the order 4x and then the guy told me to come to the window when I wasn't even down ordering. There is another truck in front of me and when I get to the window the two girls goofing off didn't even know what I had ordered so again I have to tell her my order another 3x because she couldn't remember what I was saying. It's just ridiculous.
Never had a problem until today. I ordered a bacon king meal & a Whopper meal. I explained a customization for the Whopper which they did completely wrong and put it on the bacon king. Why would I ask for a bacon king with everything off of it exactly?? I ordered a Dr. Pepper, which was strangely fizzing the whole time, unsure why. When I drank it, it tasted like watered down alka seltzer. I spent $25 on a meal they completely ruined when I specified what I was asking for. It was a waste of money on my part, which sucks because this location used to be great, but this is extremely ruined.
Took 30 minutes to go through drive thru, and there was only 3 cars in front of me. Dining room still isn't open 7/8/22, Three orders in a row wasn't right, and they NEVER answer the phone when you try to call. Franchise owners? Never answer the phone either, at least the lack of training in consistent. This has to be THE WORST BK EVER. The only reason it's getting one star is because I have to.
worst customer service ever and if you go through the drive through you’ll be sitting there for at LEAST 25 minutes, the employees take bathroom breaks in the middle of a rush and do not return for a very long time , food is always cold never fresh or hot and they always get it wrong. i never leave without checking.
I couldn’t quite catch their name because of the name tag being on their hat, but I believe it might have been Hassim-thank you for being so polite and great at your job !! :
This location has issues. Sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes got me someone else's order worth $8 less handed to me after verbally confirming my order was in the bag. Discovered the "surprise" at home. BK NO MORE!
The worst BK..they have been closed inside long before the pandemic.. OPEN INSIDE your making it very inconvenient for anyone with a commercial vehicle to come get food!!! Come on lets get this location together guys! Stop being scared to open up..because guaranteed yall losing business..as i pulled up 4 cars also left because the dining room is closed smfh
Waited half an hour in line at the drive thru. If they don’t have enough help then they should only open for the hours that they do have help. I would have never gotten in line if I knew it was going to take this long. Poor Management
The persons waiting on customers are very pleasant, and generous..Coffee is always fresh and hot..Food: 5/5
