After reading all the reviews about how great this place is...I was not impressed. Burger was really plain. Tasted ok, but felt like I was just eating a generic, unseasoned, out of the box, frozen patty. The roll was excellent, that was probably the best part of the meal. The fries were also super boring and more cold than warm, and I was 1 of 2 people there when I ordered. However, the girl behind the counter was pleasant, so I can't give it less than 2* for that reason. There are at least 3 other burger places less than 10 minutes away that are leagues better.
Great atmosphere and beer selection for a small joint in the heart of Rowan. Low quality and over priced, frozen veggie burgers, though. Got to give them credit for trying, but this is definitely a last resort for vegans and vegetarians.
It surprised me how great the burger . It's TRUE delicious and juicy
The fries are the frozen kind you get at the grocery store and they put way too much salt on them The burger was average The food came out fast and was hot
Used to come here before I graduated in 2017 and loved it, but I just stopped in today and quality has gone down significantly. The biggest problem: the burgers were WAY overcooked, which made them leather and dry. I also paid $1 for 4 small pieces of fried onion. The fries were fine, but this was one of the worst burgers I’ve had in a long time.
The food is terrific. I've never been disappointed by the food that I've eaten from PRIME. A few drawbacks though. The wait is a little long, the price is pretty high for a college campus ~12$ for a burger and fries, and it would be nice if it was open a little later on weekdays. That said, I still go here on a semi-frequent basis and I love the food.
Was already pricey and they just raised prices higher. A double cheeseburger with no additions or sides is over $9 after taxes. Still giving it 5 stars since the burgers are great, nice environment and staff are friendly. Would recommend but don’t go if you’re on a budget.
Their burgers really didn't stand out for many reasons but the main one was that they were really dried out. The fries are pretty good. Overall it is a good, cheap place on Rowan's campus to get a quick lunch but don't you will not impressed by the food
Definitely got my money's worth for the burgers my girlfriend and I got. I got the prime burger with a double patty. I was expecting a thin little burger but I got two thick, fresh tasting, beef patties. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. Definitely prefer it over smash burger.
staff is friendly. the wait for your food can be long at times but is worth the wait depending on what you ordered. their fries are really good as well. they also serve some beer. they take rowan meal plans and rowan/dining dollars which is super convenient.
