I should have snapped a pic of the fantastic bouquet I picked up today for a graduate, but I forgot. These people are fantastic! Walk in, walk out with something so beautiful. And custom from start to finish if you want, like I did! Great Pricing and I cannot say it enough, wonderful people, and always trying to purchase the flowers they use locally.
I am in love with my flowers I got sent today from my boyfriend! I texted pictures to my family immediately and told them these were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever received. They are beautiful and the delivery driver was so sweet and caring! After a misunderstanding with a vase, he immediately returned and brought me the vase, he was super kind and apologetic! Thank you for being so kind and making valentines day so special! I hope everyone at Burke’s has an amazing day & Thank you so much.
Burke's flowers is so trustworthy. They provided great quality flowers for my wedding years back and again yesterday for my baby shower. The arrangements were stunning and delivery was much appreciated.
I cannot say enough great things about Burke’s. We had a sudden change of address today for delivery after a hospital discharge. They delivered out of area for us and I’m so thankful! They truly made a difference in someone’s day who really needed it by taking the extra time! Plus, how cute is this?! Flowers with a candle as a case!!
I went in without a clue what I was doing to pick out flowers for my Dad's funeral service the day after he passed. Mrs. Benton as I know her from HS was so helpful and kind. She asked questions and made some suggestions to help me find the right thing. She worked within the budget I had and all the flowers sent from friends and family were all arranged to be complimentary to the arrangements we picked out. Everything was absolutely stunning. They did a wonderful job of making this as easy of an experience as possible.
I ordered floral centerpieces for a baby shower and they turned out beautifully! Ordering was easy, communication was excellent and the flowers were gorgeous. Thank you!!!
Very disappointed. I made sure to stop by in person, at the store, to be sure they would have what my family & I was looking for to purchase for a funeral for a family member. I was told that they could make the requests. I told them the service was Saturday morning I stopped in on Wednesday, I was told they would be ready for pick-up at open. I arrived at 9am and my order was not ready. I was told they could be ready that afternoon. That would've been too late. I was offered to pick from 4 arrangements in the cooler at a discounted price, also not an option as none were suitable. They then offered to have the order ready in 15 minutes. The one arrangement was awful, I should've asked for a refund. The succulents looked partially dead & the black plastic container was sticking up past the vase. I asked for what I thought would be a quick fix, add a red bow to cover the black container. Instead they only wrapped a thin red ribbon around the container. I took it because I was running short on time & went a few doors down to my work to have a friend help me pretty it up. Also, the $15 flat rate delivery fee they charge to drop flowers off a block away is absolutely absurd.
Burke’s Flowers has been delivering flowers to my aunt in Lapeer at the Lapeer County Medical Facility, the last 5 months, they always go above and beyond, and deliver when they say they will. Even though there’s a shortage of flowers, they somehow still put together the most beautiful bouquets and they last 3 weeks! I’m 3 hours away and can’t always get there, so I’m so glad there’s a place locally that delivers!! Thank you again for everything!
I'm a customer who called from Iowa. Buries Flowers shop was fantastic to work with. I made an order to be delivered the my mother the Friday before mother's day. The flowers were delivered on time and my mother was very happy with the beautiful arrangement. Thank you Burkes. I will be calling again.
Heather was fantastic!! She literally did a same day delivery today and couldn't have been more kind and sweet despite the stress I put her through having to rush the order! I ordered a couple of years ago through them and had a similar experience of customer service excellence, too! Will shop here again, Tammy Lansing, Michigan :
